  Came to pickup an online order and the person at the store, had no clue of finding the order which was at the store. After producing the ID for verification he was saying it is company policy to have the first name on every order. Seems a made up policy for being lazy 😂. However the order label carries the name and the order Number was clearly mentioned. After all the whole shopping experience was utterly disturbed by such ignorant people who just create so called ‘made up policies’ to reduce the loyal customers of a brand. Brands needs to invest in training such store leadership to deliver a positive experience. Overall Online experience is very good. In Store pickup[Negative]

  I checked online before coming to the store specifically because I live 20 miles away and this is my closest mall. I get there at opening and I don’t see the bag on the wall. (The bag I’m looking for is now on sale and IN STOCK) soon as I don’t see it automatically I believe someone has it on hold. Typical.I ask the clerk and show her the picture of what I’m looking for, she gave “a look” and checked the back. Comes out with another option that wasn’t even the same product (the style I was looking for comes in 5 different colors) and told me she can order it if I wanted it. So I asked, “are you sure this color and style is not in stock?” She says no. This type of nonsense in retail just needs to stop all together. If I could just buy it from the location without having to ask this would’ve solved my whole problem. You can’t tell me you don’t have it if my money was already spent!

  Similar to another review stood outside of the store for 1 hour. Was supposed to open at 10:00am then website updated to 11:00 and they still are not open. This store location seems to be horrible with customer service. All of the other stores in the mall are open. It's a Saturday why wouldn't they think people are out and ready to shop. I will be contacting corporate. They need do close down or hire dependable workers. This is the worst.

  I arrived at the store at approximately 4 PM to pick up a pair of shoes for a funeral that I had confirmed were there the day before. Two young women standing near the register laughing and giggling never came to the door but the door was locked as if the store was closed. No note on the door nothing on the website said that the store was closed. They emerge from the store 30 minutes later walked away said they were about to open but never did. Don’t waste your time. I left the mall an hour later store never open without the shoes. I also tried phoning the store which no one answered.

  I waited outside of the store for an hour to pick up shoes for my sister for a funeral. She also works for Aldo. There was no note on the door saying that the store will be closed nothing on the website stating the store will be close. At 4 PM. There were two young women inside laughing and giggling that never came to the door. 45 minutes later they came out and walked away from the door I left the store an hour later never been inside it never opened without the product.

  I have order last week for a pairs shoes ? for Christmas before I order them I ask do you know there going arrived before Christmas they said yes 100%I ask them are you sure if not I prefer to buy something else they sure they will arrived before the 24th so I order them for a gift for Christmas now I track the order it saying that the order its going arrived the 27th its like way the said it going get there so know I don't have gift for one of my Family member come on I would off buy something else but this Lady that order them for me said that it was going get here the 24th ugh I'm super mad ? now. Thata not fair that's why I said that's fine I bought but I think I wouldn't buy it would be better now I gave buy something for the gift one of my Family member. Ugh!!!!!

  As I walked in to Aldo, there was no greeting. I was looking at shoes and the a gentleman walked in less than 5 minutes after me he was greeted pleasantly. I'm unsure on why I wasn't approached in the same way. I left abruptly as I was very much irritated as I was not acknowledged in the same manner. I walked back in to get their names and it was Michelle and Kendra (Kenza).
