The worst AT&T store I have ever been to in my life.
What is this ANTWAN person even doing HERE? He barely opened his mouth to speak and did absolutely nothing to assist me. It is not my fault if he hates his job, but while he is at work, the least he can do is look a customer in the face, put his phone away and listen the customer needs.
He was glued to his phone for the entire 40 minutes I was in the store, constantly texting and taking calls. I had no idea what he was doing or when he planned to focus on my issue. I ended up leaving after 40 minutes without any assistance because I did not have all day to wait for him to finish texting his buddies.
Hands down the worst customer service experience I have ever had.

Sat there waiting for 20 minutes while someone organized phone cases and barely acknowledged me. I left and went to another location.

Antwon helped me and he was AMAZING! He was very calm, extremely knowledgeable about details I have never known about my phone. He was very capable and I would like to steal him away from their store and hire him for my company. I highly recommend him! 💜💜

Walked in Nov 2nd to switch 2 lines to my husband's existing plan and purchase 3 new phones. The two employees appeared less than enthused to have customers, acted like we were bothering them, told us all three phones we were interested in were sold out, and for some reason couldn't access my husband's account. In addition, both of them were speaking very low and the music was really loud. When I said I couldn't hear them because the music was so loud, they didn't respond. So they were unable to help us with anything, and made it very clear they didn't care.

I went in with a SIM problem and the sales rep named Sultan was the only one in the store. He said the only way to fix the problem was to convert it to eSIM and he went through the settings in my phone and proceeded with that. When it failed, my service was disabled from both my physical sim and the eSIM. I asked him to either find a solution or activate a new SIM so I can at least leave with a working phone. He said there is nothing he could do in store. He couldn't even be bothered to go into his system and resolve the problem he created.
I then went to the store in Sun Valley Mall and they fixed the problem in less than 2 minutes and informed me that the Veranda AT&T has been sending customers there for months due to lack of knowledge and service. Even though the Veranda is a corporate-owned AT&T store, just go straight to the Authorized Retailer AT&T inside the Sun Valley Mall. You'll get more help and better service there.

I had an amazing experience at the AT&T store on Diamond Blvd thanks to Sultan! From the moment I walked in, he was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in helping me find the best solution for my needs. He took the time to explain all the options clearly, helped me compare plans, and even made sure I understood every part of the process before finalizing anything.

Came into AT&T store for phone accessories . My sales rep Abdiel, approached me upon entering so there was no wait time. Abdiel was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable about the products available and made great suggestions that were applicable to what I was in the store for. Easy, This was a quick experience. Abdiel is a great new asset to your team.

Either the system is down or they have no phones in stock whenever I visit. Be very careful when dealing with Sultan because he will sign you up for a plan and make you pay extra per month just for him to make a couple extra commission. Highly avoid this location.
