I went in to the AT&T store at the Concord Veranda mall to purchase a charger and was so pleasantly surprised that I didn’t have to wait long at all to get help! Ali was so helpful and knowledgeable. I ended up purchasing a new phone cover and protector in addition to the charger. Great experience!
