“Repeat customer, local store nearby, knew I'd get what was needed. Needed two things, definitely not the biggest sale of the day. Rob was welcoming, accessible, patient and helpful. He quickly found the first item then, after some discussion, found that the second item would be at another local store. Great referral, truly appreciated the effort and the confidence. Rob wrote down the store address for me. He also enrolled me in their Rewards program. Could not be happier with this location. It's clean, organized and friendly.”

“I give this business a 5 star.My tail light was out. I went to the nearest mechanic and got an estimate of $100 to replace the bulb.I went to O'Reillys on Monument Blvd. in Concord where I got the bulb for $10 and the guys here were AWESOME. They helped me to replace it in 10 minutes. Kudos to Sav and the other guy who helped me. I apologize but forgot his name. Both were hands on and super friendly. Thanks for making my day!!!”
