“If only I could give this place more stars. I wish I had gotten the name of the young woman who assisted me. I was looking for a long and obscure list of books to tackle a specific philosophical question. She found every single one I was looking for, available at the concord location, the two that were at locations outside of california, she had shipped to the concord location faster than Amazon prime. Beyond that, she was knowledgeable about each book, actively engaged with me on topics of philosophy surrounding the books, that I had not considered before. Top notch, the best customer service I have ever experienced.”

“I love this store, most of the time they have the books I am looking for. I wish they have more seating areas. Sometimes it can be hard to get help as they seem to be short of staff, but when you do get a person to help you, they are friendly as well as knowledgeable.”
