Fast! We were there around 3 and had lovely talks to alll of the staff they were so so kind!! I love our bunny girl!! My wife and i will enjoy her forever!! She smells of cotton candy!!

It's a stand in the middle of mall walk ways, the staff person stuffing the animals didn't know how to sew, so , it took almost 45 min to wait for a staff member that could sew

Dewg (Deug? Not sure on spelling sorry) and Natalia were so amazing! They both went above and beyond to help me with my broken sound button in an old build a bear and assist me in getting a replacement.

Absolutely love my little toothless stuffy. Very great customer service really sweet ritual before putting a heart in your creation. They also offer scents for your stuffy and different outfits, sunglasses and birth certificates for your creations! I also find the little backpacks for your stuffy very very cute!

I remember hearing about Build-A-Bear growing up, but never visited one, nor did I get anything from there. But it called my attention when I was at the Sunvalley Mall, and was thinking for a gift for my girlfriend. I was helped out by a young lady named Faith (I think), and she was very patient and nice. I decided to get the classic teddy bear, and I went with a princess theme. After the clothing stage, you can put a voice for your new friend. It can be up to 15 seconds and get a preview of how it sounds. You can retry as much times as you need. It's been a year and a half and Princess it still with us! After a year, I updated her, came back here and gave her a new fit and a new voice. I saw online you can buy a closet for your bear; I gotta get that, especially since Princess now has 2 fits. When you look for it, the Build-A-Bear is in the middle of the mall, in the first floor. Definitely check it out if you tryna get a gift for a loved one

I've come here twice this past couple months with my daughter and we just have a friggin blast! Evee( I hope I spelled it right) is always such a sweetheart and such a big help. , They're usually there with one other team mate and that's it and they really makes it worth the time and money spent so thank you especially to Evee for being super awesome at helping us bring our bears to life. Evee always fluffs the perfect stuffing for you so make sure you thank them greatly ?

Went to get a plushie because I needed to heal my inner child, haha! Got a super-soft frog with a strawberry scent, and my friend got a pastel cat with a cotton candy scent! The guy that helped my friend and I fluff up our bears was super nice and funny. I'll definitely be returning to buy some more friends for my new frog :) (his name is bob btw teehee)
