We had a great time building a bear! I took my 3 year old niece and she so enjoyed the process - from choosing her bear, recording a special message and helping the worker to fill the bear with stuffing and a heart. Both young women that were working that day were kind, attentive and helped us to have a great experience.

I've been here a few times now, but today I was reminded why it's probably my favorite build a bear in the area. It's just a kiosk and not a full store, but they have almost the complete selection. Everytime I've been here, the staff have been very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend it

The employees are wonderful here. I have gone twice and they have been nothing but kind and accommodating each time.
