“I had a child a year ago and I was very nervous to come in and try on jeans for the first time in a year. I grabbed a variety of sizes and when I tried them on I realized none of them fit me. To my surprise, the fitting rooms now have a tablet that shows what you have and you can request different sizes. I requested other sizes and the worker brought them to me quickly, she was wonderful! If it weren’t for the tablet and worker I would’ve just given up, left, and I would have been upset. I had one of the best experiences at this store so far!”

“staff are REALLY nice, appearing and sounding very welcoming!! :Dreally has a variety of items.I dont really know what else to say about this store since its overall really nice, but i just have to say that the clothing is a bit pricey ?.. the ones on the racks or for the get one get one (sale deal here) are okay, if i wanted a shirt there I'd go to the racks to be honest... ??? but overall REALLY NICE PLACE, i dont see any messes anywhere, very tidy!!!!!!!”

“This Old Navy at THIS LOCATION is one of my very favorite places to shop in this area. More than all the other Old Navy's in the East Bay. This is my first go-to for clothes. Well stocked, well defined areas for kids, women, men, accessories etc. Their brand and styles are great, but not too "out there" or boring. I would say clothes are fun and practical. Value is important - Old Navy clothes wear and wash well...but the time they wear out, the style is out of trend anyway. Clean, bright, safe and no crime worries. Not hectic like at Veranda. Always the best customer service here!”

“Nice manager with great customer service. I bought a bunch of stuff online in June, unfortunately these items didn't fit me because I lost a lot of weight post op. This was all unexpected and the time to return them had passed -- I couldn't make it in store because I've been recovering from a transplant surgery. I didn't ask for her name, but the store manager was super helpful and understanding. I wish I could've bought some items in store to add to her quota but the items I wanted were only available online.”

“I visit this store almost on a weekly basis to pick up my niece, so thought I could give it a review. It's located on the upper floor, right behind the elevator so the location is very convenient. Collection and style: a few years ago, it was a great choice, but now the items look too similar and are too expensive, especially when there is Uniqlo in the same mall where you can find much higher quality clothes for a more affordable price. Services: The store itself is clean and well-kept, and the employees are nice. I notice a lot of students working part-time throughout the summer, so they may have missed or misunderstood your question. As long as they're willing to check and get back to us, I'm fine with that. I only go here if I can't find what I'm searching for elsewhere, and that's generally jeans. One thing to keep in mind: Don't use curbside pickup (or at least right now). Their system does not handle it very well. I used it once and had to walk to the store after waiting 30 minutes for a curbside, so I know how slow their system is. No one called to let me know that they missed the order when it appeared on the system.”

She is very friendly and pleasant, very attentive and makes sure that I'm enrolled in their H&M rewards program, and repeatedly asked me about my experience shopping there. “All Uniqlo stores are an excellent look inside and outside. This one in Sunvalley Shopping Center is no exception. The store is spotless. All merchandise is very well displayed. Shopping in Uniqlo is an enjoyment! The store layout is pretty much the same as before the pandemic. The clothing they carry is similar to a few years ago. They're mostly very simple and comfortable designs. One of the significant differences between pre-pandemic and post-pandemic is the prices. The price of most of the items is higher than before. Also, they have way fewer items on sale and almost have nothing on clearance anymore! No more bargain items now! I still like comfortable clothes from Uniqlo. But I don't have to motivation to shop in the store anymore without the bargain items! Lol!”

“Looks so clean, and a very nice place to do shopping. A lot of sale up to 60% off on clearance, upon entrance we were greeted by a nice staff in suit, unfortunately, person by the cashier is very slow asking email and stuff on the person in front of us. I'm not exaggerating but she was really slow. upon making this review another nice male staff offered to help us and added a person by the register. She's quite nice too.”

I decided to go to the location at Sunvalley mall the other day and the store manager was very helpful. 5 stars for the store manager!! “It's the pandemic and we're trying to not go inside stores. My daughter saw a shirt she liked online but we weren't too sure on the sizing so we ordered a shirt online and opted for curbside pickup. That way, we can try it on in the car and walk it back in to return if it didn't fit. It was so easy! ANF emailed me with the status every few days. The emails basically said don't go to the store until you hear from us. Then boom, it was at the store. All the information for curbside pickup was included in that last email. Pulled up to the curbside pickup spots and clicked "here for pick up" in the last email. Enter in some info about my car so they know which car to bring it to. The shirt fit. I'd definitely shop ANF with curbside pickup again.”

“Got a prom dress here for my daughter, they were so helpful and the dress is perfect! They even did some seamstress work for us as the dress was just a bit long. Just a heads up that they may have to order a size if they do not have it in stock, but luckily the dress we wanted was the perfect size for her. I would highly recommend stopping in here to take a look!”

“I came in with my friend and while we were waiting to check out, there was this mom and daughter were trying to return something and the mom was giving her daughter and the employees such a hard time for no reason. Amayah was extremely professional and didn't let this middle aged white lady get the best of her. This is a shout-out to her! (4 stars bc it was hot as hell in there)”
