They took over 2.5 hours to put the new tires on after telling me it would be an hour to an hour and a half. The tech didn't know how to drive a manual so she ground the gears until she found reverse and 1st.

Took my car in paid $540 for a new set of tires when I got in my car to leave it would not start steering wheel would not unlock it never locks like that was cranked all the way to the left. A tire tech came out u locked but it then got jamned and pin in ignition broke. The manager there was condescending like I don't know my own car. It cost me 500 in repairs they yoked my car home but wont compensate for repairs. My car never showed any signs of ignition going out. SO NOW I HAVE TO GET A LAWSUIT.

Came in with a flat tire at around noon (when they close at 7) and was told they were too busy and unable to take it. Was advised to come back tomorrow when they open and they will see if they have the time to look at it. Otherwise I could make an appointment for a week from today. For a tire that was totally flat and non-driveable. Drove 5 minutes away to Tires Direct and they looked at it, repaired it, and aired it up in five minutes. Do not come to this place.

Worst service I have ever seen. I have been in the service business for 55 years. Owned automobile shops my whole life. Management needs to come forward and contact there customers.

I purchased tires at Costco Concord and they gave a warranty for 70,000 miles. They told us as long as we had the tires rotated. We always had our tires rotated and I hit a pot hole that damaged the tire. I returned to Costco even though it was inconvenient. I understood that they would prorate the tire and give me credit for the tire. When I got there I was told I needed all new tires. Which these tires only lasted a little over 30,000 miles. I asked about the warranty and they said it would not be honored. I explained that I had my tires rotated just as required, but I was informed that because the tires were not worn evenly the warrantey was not valid. I had no control of that and I had been taking my car to Costco to have the tires rotated and nothing was ever said about this. How am I able to make sure my tires wear evenly and all the roads we drive on here. I am so dissappointed with Costco Tires.
The tires did not even last half of what they assured me.
Get your tires where they honor their warranty.

Horrible customer service and the worst wait times I have ever experienced in my life! Bought 2 tires and was told they had to be special ordered. The guy was real snootie when telling me how the whole tire business is now based on individual orders, not inventory. Oh well, whatever. Was told we'd get a call and a chance to make an appointment. Or we could do a walk in and get it done that way. I had someone else drop off the car around 10 am and they were told they were the last walk in for the day and they wouldn't accept any more.
When I came back and checked in around 3 pm, I was told it hasn't even been up on the rack yet and that it would probably be the last of the day. I understand the appointments need to be taken care of first, but if you only have so many appointments and cut off walk ins at 10 am, then how many more cars can be ahead of you??
I didn't wake up today thinking I'd spend most of my entire afternoon and evening at Costco waiting for two (2) tires to be put on. I don't care how much cheaper tires are here, for my sanity and quality of life, and for fear of losing an entire day, I'll go anywhere... literally ANYWHERE else before I go to Costco for tires ever again.

Worst customer service ever, DON'T TRUST EVERY WORD THAT THEY SAID!! My tire repiar appointment is on Sunday 5:00pm(the only that is available at the moment), the tech take a glance of the damage tire and refuse to repair it due to the nail is on the side ( but it is more on the edge, clearly it is repairable). I end up went to another shop(tire chain shop start with A) to get it fix. I hope Costco tired center Manager will see this! Because this is really waste of time and ruining the COSTCO brand.

This is the third time I've come here for tires. This place is INSANELY slow. The time estimates have been off by at least an hour every time. America's tire is more expensive, but they get your vehicle in and out in no time. The tire center employees have zero hustle. It's pretty off-brand for Costco.

Someone replace the supervisor. He is the worst. Time management is highly needed in this place. Customer service is trash. Reassess your whole team. Do better Costco

Don't trust them with your car!
Good prices, but such horrible service it's not worth it. I had issues when I got my tires installed, and both times I went back to get them adjusted. It's always a realllyyy long wait, even with an appointment. The first time they dug through my whole car leaving things a mess, with my glove box contents dumped on the floor, and ruined a blanket I had in my trunk with motor oil "looking for my wheel lock" even though I told them it was in the cup holder, and asked them to call me if there were any issues. When I went back next time, I handed my wheel lock to them at the desk and had them put a note saying that they had it, to try to avoid the same problem - came out to my car dug through and trashed again. They also tried to keep my wheel lock, and I had to argue with them to get it back and prove it fit my wheels.
My brand new tire also started leaking after only two months.
They are rude and unorganized, and I really regret buying insurance through them because I don't trust them with my car.
Go to America's Tires instead; they are super nice and helpful and actually do a good job!
I really tried to give Costco Tires a chance, but they are absolutely not worth it.

I would recommend going to a real tire center for your tires. I purchased my tires and made an 'appointment' as required. I showed up in time for my appointment a week later and they STILL made me wait like I was a walk in. I left with my tires and one had lost 15psi by the time I got home. The next day I took my vehicle back to have the one tire looked at. They put me on a waiting list like I was a walk-in AGAIN. I waited another 2 hrs for them to get around to looking at my tire. Their service sucks!

Ordered 4x tires for my 2016 Jetta. Shipping to the warehouse took a bit longer than expected but whatever. I showed up for my 4:15 PM appointment and they appeared to handle my intake appropriately, telling me that I should expect anywhere between an hour to an hour and a half. That sounded reasonable. Come 6:09 and I still haven't gotten a single call on my cell to tell me my car's ready. I get back in line to ask if my car's ready and the guy looks absolutely shocked. He pulls my keys and the receipt from the drawer and tells me he had no idea why I didn't get a call. I look at the receipt and my car had been ready since 4:46!! The guy sheepishly claimed it could have been a "misdial" and apologized. My phone number was correctly written on the receipt, clear as day. I don't understand how someone can be qualified to install car tires but not know how to dial a phone number on time. Maybe I should have pressed them for a store credit or rebate on my original purchase but even then there's no excuse for wasting an hour of a customers' time for no good reason. I wouldn't come here in the future for tire installation.
