I'm here because my shoulder is broken and I can't replace a tire/TPMS + rotation at the moment. After 2 hours (and counting) i'm beginning to wonder if the mechanics in there all have broken shoulders too. If I had a lift i'm 100% sure I can get this done faster than these guys despite my injury. Comical wait time.

Joshua S. was my technician. He helped fix my tires last minute even though I was a walk-in appointment the day of. They were also very busy on a Saturday and stayed past 7pm to fix my flat tire. I don’t know how much I can appreciate his customer service. Thank you!

Worst service I have ever seen. I have been in the service business for 55 years. Owned automobile shops my whole life. Management needs to come forward and contact there customers.
