The staff is kind, respectful, and peaceful, helping customers find the right shoes even during exchanges without a receipt. They greet customers right away and give quick help, even when the store is crowded. The team works with a smile and a great attitude, simultaneously helping multiple people. The store itself is really clean and well organized, with lots of sneakers available. Customers report it is the best customer service they have received. A suggestion is to carry more of a specific popular shoe model. Overall, it is a great team happy to be helping.

I was in this store on 1/25/24 at about 3:30 pm, ALL of the staff on the floor were warm, helpful, polite, and engaging. Best customer service I've gotten in the 5 years I've lived in California.
