Ive been shopping at this Concord store since it was on Monument Blvd., but I love the new location! I get everything from paint to furniture here at the Concord store. Most recently, I found a set of vintage bedroom dressers that were selling on Etsy and EBay for well over 1k each. I told the employees about the discrepancy between their cheap price and what they could get. Yet they ensured me that this cheaper price would benefit me and that was more important. The sales people literally scoured the store to find even more parts to the set. I was blown away by the service. The Employees are 100% the best part of this business at the Concord location. From the lady on the floor (I wish I got their names!!) to the young men in the warehouse in back who loaded our truck. They were thoughtful and kind and very deserving of a compliment and commendation.

First time at Habitat for Humanity ReStores, a non-profit organization that helps people in need build new houses. I always wanted to volunteer for Habitat for Humanity but never got the chance.Habitat for Humanity ReStores is perfect for anyone who wants to remodel their home but lacks the funding. Most of the products here are donated and are super affordable. The money or "so-called profits" goes back to helping the organization. Win-win! Ok I'm tired. Go check them out when you get the chance.

I used to love this place in the old location. Was it pretty? No. Was it a treasure hunt? Yes. Also easier to shop imo. You could find all kinds of great random items for home projects, furniture, tools, paint, tiles, etc. including older or used items at a good price. This new place they set up like ikea with many small rooms showcasing items like in a house, but tbh it just feels like a big maze and doesn't make me want to buy anything at all. It's much easier to have products grouped together to shop/measure/compare next to each other vs. the room set up. I think in theory it's more organized, but it feels off. I wish they left it open as one big room or only a few breakout rooms if they really couldn't let that idea go (ie one for dressers, one for couches and seating, bathroom vanities/sinks, etc). I think the merchandising actually makes it less shop-able and enticing. Merchandising isn't necessarily all about being attractive, it's about making it easy to navigate, easy to shop, and accessible for everyone. The prices are also insane now. $700 for a bathroom vanity, $145 for a small/medium mirror that is very basic, etc. The whole vibe and price point of this place has changed, and not for the better imo. I hope they will re-think the layout. The staff is great though, no stars off for them.

First time here. Lots of furniture. Not sure if the prices are comparable to furniture stores.

Sold me a broken 3D printer and wouldn’t honor the websites return policy from their own site specific to this location. I understand that they have a 14 day policy also, but therein lies the problem. It is conflicting information. They could have worked with me and chose not to and don’t care that the information on their site is incorrect and is different than the information in store. I elect for electronic receipts and I was TWO DAYS outside of the return window on the receipt in my email when I looked at it in store. I hadn’t bothered to look earlier because the website said 30 days.Poor customer service is an understatement. If I just changed my mind it would have been one thing, but it’s broken. She refused to budge and just kept talking about the signs in store with an attitude. No attempt to help at all.She said I should have tested it right away, but it was a gift for my son so I didn’t.Won’t be buying from them again. What a complete waste of time and money.

I'm with a local nonprofit www.ccichope.org We turn to Habitat ReStore for excellent prices on metal bed frames when we don't have enough donated frames to meet needs.

This store is even better in their new location. I like their gently used furniture, paint supplies, tools, light fixtures and appliances. Was there today and the manager, Jonathon, really was helpful.

Not at all like a thrift store. More like a consignment store with high prices. And I miss the leftover construction type stuff (pipes, trim, tools, hardware, etc.) Guess I have to go to Oakland to get the real deal (literally!).

Wow, hands down this is the best Restore we've ever been to! When we walked in, our first reaction was like wait is this a Restore!? I loved the showroom style of the future because it allowed you to visualize all the furniture. I wished I had gone to this Restore sooner when we were buying furniture previously. We were really impressed with the diverse items and there was a wide variety of items to furnish your whole house. We loved one of the paintings we found, it was a beautiful and an artist display of gold and color. The frame was so large in size and of great quality, we were shocked at the affordable price for the item. We are so happy with our purchase and it hangs proudly in our home now. The staff was really friendly and helpful in getting our item into the car. We'll definitely be back in the future!

Wonderful helpful service, and a wide selection of furniture, not to mention that your dollars are going to a good cause. If you're looking for more construction materials, visit the Oakland location.

What is up with this store? Where is the old Habitat for Humanity that was a fun, thrifty, building and furniture supply store? Not only is this location awful, like, please don't try to put together random furniture to make vignettes... no one shopping at habitat is going to buy a "room setting". Please keep it real, keep it simple, keep it affordable. Stack em' high and let em' fly. Don't try to to make extra bucks on things that are being donated for a good cause. You are not selling "designer" pieces. WeWork, Article, West Elm, Crate and Barrel furniture should not be sold only 20% less than retail pricing when it was DONATED?!?! or should have been donated. This location has completely ruined my experience with this company. The Oakland location is bigger with more of a selection, however, you will be paying nearly full retail prices for things that are damaged, out of style, ugly or crusty old. I wish they weren't so greedy. People are happy to donate, you don't need to bring in overstocks from semi-okay brands and charge ridiculous prices. I brought in a couple counter stools that had minor, minor, minor wear on them and the lady accepting donations declined them as if she was shopping for her own house. They also said they wouldn't accept the expensive, handmade, designer tile I was donating unless it equaled 100 SF or more... ? It was more than 100 SF... but I was definitely irritated that this was a requirement, when they don't even sell them with minimum quantities. This is not a consignment situation sweetheart and if it was, you should find a new career or be provided with proper training.

I wouldn't consider this store to be a "thrift store". They have used furniture and home decor at almost retail price. I understand the nonprofit benefits to the community when purchasing but it is not a budget friendly store.

This place is so weird, lol. Why is it so dark inside? Overall I appreciate a place like this existing, but you'd have to get really lucky to find what you are looking for on any given day since everything is donated. So much Tuscan red/early 2000's mc mansion stuff here for some reason. I really liked walking around. (This is a positive review)
