Habitat for Humanity ReStore Concord is a nonprofit home improvement store that offers a variety of new and gently used furniture, home accessories, building materials, and appliances at affordable prices. Customers appreciate the store's mission, as proceeds directly support Habitat for Humanity's efforts to help those in need build homes. Many shoppers have enjoyed the treasure hunt experience at the store, often finding unique items like vintage dressers and metal bed frames at significantly lower prices than other retailers. The staff is frequently praised for their outstanding service, with employees described as thoughtful, kind, and eager to assist customers in finding what they need. However, some customers have expressed concerns about the store's new layout, which resembles a maze and can make shopping more challenging. While some appreciate the organized setup of different rooms, others feel it detracts from the ease of navigating the store. Additionally, some shoppers have noted that prices seem to have increased, which may affect the overall experience. Despite mixed feelings about the layout and pricing, Habitat for Humanity ReStore Concord remains a popular choice for anyone looking to remodel their home on a budget while supporting a good cause.
I do like the way they have set their merchandise, very nice showroom. I do not like that they remove the light bulb when you purchase a lamp. Geez!

First time here. Lots of furniture. Not sure if the prices are comparable to furniture stores.
