0 out of 5 I scheduled an appointment I showed up 10 minutes early and then I had to wait 40 minutes for a guy named Henry when another lady came in 30 minutes early for her appointment. They helped her right away. I just left never again. Don't have appointments available online if you make them wait 40 plus minutes.

Every year my appointment is incorrect. This year I have 3 different times ln the same day according to their automated system. Last year showed up for my appointment only to find out it wasn't on the date and time provided by this wonderful system they have. Very inconvenient.

H&RBlock on Salvio in Concord is a sweet office. They were able to attend to all of my needs, and though they were not many, varied or complicated, it didn’t matter because they treated me like my needs were just as important as anyone else’s. I had simple problems and they presented me with a simple solution which worked for me.

The tax professionals Connie was answering my questions without my input
I don't feel confident that my taxes are correct. I was uncomfortable from the start she reached her hand out to shake my hand and acted as if she didn't want to touch my hand..she was. Not very nice at all. I don't believe my taxes are correct. This company charged 314.00 to file taxes and get treated any type of way

Each year I have come in to file my taxes I have met supportive and incredibly talented staff. From support staff to tax filers, these folks really know what they are doing and have amazing energy and attitudes. Worth the peace of mind and ease. What a nice treat to give myself each year. Thank you and a special shout out to my tax filer, Suksham Barun, what a wonderful and helpful person with incredible skill. Amazing, thank you.

Run! I wish I could give 0 stars. Do NOT trust these guys with your taxes. We started with them in September and it took over 2 months to even get our taxes (and dozens of unanswered calls) and then there were mistakes. I had to go in to the office to even get a response and completion (on the last day they were due), found yet another error and then the final version still contained the original error. I had to pay a real CPA to amend the taxes (and got a decent amount off what we were paying). After 6 weeks of constant pestering, I finally got them to agree to refund me and now, 4 weeks and 3 emails later, i was notified they have to start over and i "MAY hear from corporate". This is so ridiculous. I'm furious. There is nothing else I can do but email every single day to ask for my money back. I sincerely regret ever walking in that door. If anyone needs CPA recommendations, I have plenty now - save yourself the grief!
