“We purchased a mattress today and Ty was our sales person. From the first minutes in the door, he approached us to help, answered many questions and was knowledgeable about all the mattresses. He was so patient as we went back and forth trying mattresses multiple times. He did not try to upsell, understood exactly what we wanted and gave us time to decide. Ty is the epitome of an excellent sales person. We were extremely impressed with him and the selection at the Mancini's in Concord.”

The furniture was delivered when promised and the delivery people were very kind and careful. The furniture itself is absolutely fabulous quality. We’ll continue to go back again and again.”

“My sofa cushions were getting too soft and needed replacement. Grey did an excellent job. I had an issue with one of the cushions that was replaced and Grey took care of that issue without hesitation. I would highly recommend this shop for its professionalism, communication, and work product.”

“I gotta say I do not do a lot of reviews but I really liked our sales professional down at Sleep number in the Veranda Shopping center. His name was Juan Pablo (JP) and he was a pleasure to work with. Super knowledgeable and just a nice guy. We bought the Climate 360 in a King and it was expensive but the 100 day trial and the warranty made it feel pretty safe and the bed felt amazing when we tried it. If you think about it you spend almost 10 days a month in that bed. If there is the slightest chance in this bed improving our sleep it’s priceless.!! Plus it has some super cool features that if nothing else are fun and innovative.! Lol.. the customer service we got made a huge difference honestly and just felt like we were covered if we didn’t love it. Time will tell we should get the new bed soon.!!”

“So there I was... in desperate search and need of a mattress and knowing nothing of the such. My mattress was over 20 years old and boy was I glad to meet Carlson. Also known as Carl, if you're into that whole brevity thing. I was greeted and wowed by the exceptional service and knowledge demonstrated by Carl. Not only was Carl VERY knowledgeable, courteous and exceptional in sharing his passion for mattresses and all things bedding, he made us feel at home in a bed that we've never even been in before. He then proceeded to show us a nice mattress. And a then nicer mattress, all the while explaining the innards of a coil, coil count, coil density, with relation to mattress sizes and price points within each different brand as well as each brand's unique niche in the market (e.g. sealy is all hand made!) And then before we knew it our choice was clear -- Carl For PRESIDENT!I got the bed he is in. Obviously--It was a no brainer. And at an exceptional value. His Pillow knowledge on point, too! Everyone needs to inquire with Carl if you're in the market for anything bed related, and into that brevity thing.Calmer than you are.”
