“We purchased a mattress today and Ty was our sales person. From the first minutes in the door, he approached us to help, answered many questions and was knowledgeable about all the mattresses. He was so patient as we went back and forth trying mattresses multiple times. He did not try to upsell, understood exactly what we wanted and gave us time to decide. Ty is the epitome of an excellent sales person. We were extremely impressed with him and the selection at the Mancini's in Concord.”

“First of all, I am very grateful to know the owner ken ,through a friend introduce in 2015 , at that time my sister bought a new house in Hillsborough, I was help my sister shop for furniture, we was driving very far away from Hillsborough but is very worth ,Ken he give us very good advice , we was buy 4 bedroom furniture and living room and kitchen, the whole house furniture all bought from Ken , The furniture of the whole house is modern, very beautiful, and of very good quality, and it is very good price.At 2016 I bought my house in Mill valley I also come back to him . “Ive been shopping at this Concord store since it was on Monument Blvd., but I love the new location! I get everything from paint to furniture here at the Concord store. Most recently, I found a set of vintage bedroom dressers that were selling on Etsy and EBay for well over 1k each. I told the employees about the discrepancy between their cheap price and what they could get. Yet they ensured me that this cheaper price would benefit me and that was more important. The sales people literally scoured the store to find even more parts to the set. I was blown away by the service. The Employees are 100% the best part of this business at the Concord location. From the lady on the floor (I wish I got their names!!) to the young men in the warehouse in back who loaded our truck. They were thoughtful and kind and very deserving of a compliment and commendation.”

“I gotta say I do not do a lot of reviews but I really liked our sales professional down at Sleep number in the Veranda Shopping center. His name was Juan Pablo (JP) and he was a pleasure to work with. Super knowledgeable and just a nice guy. We bought the Climate 360 in a King and it was expensive but the 100 day trial and the warranty made it feel pretty safe and the bed felt amazing when we tried it. If you think about it you spend almost 10 days a month in that bed. If there is the slightest chance in this bed improving our sleep it’s priceless.!! Plus it has some super cool features that if nothing else are fun and innovative.! Lol.. the customer service we got made a huge difference honestly and just felt like we were covered if we didn’t love it. Time will tell we should get the new bed soon.!!”

“So there I was... in desperate search and need of a mattress and knowing nothing of the such. My mattress was over 20 years old and boy was I glad to meet Carlson. Also known as Carl, if you're into that whole brevity thing. I was greeted and wowed by the exceptional service and knowledge demonstrated by Carl. Not only was Carl VERY knowledgeable, courteous and exceptional in sharing his passion for mattresses and all things bedding, he made us feel at home in a bed that we've never even been in before. He then proceeded to show us a nice mattress. And a then nicer mattress, all the while explaining the innards of a coil, coil count, coil density, with relation to mattress sizes and price points within each different brand as well as each brand's unique niche in the market (e.g. sealy is all hand made!) And then before we knew it our choice was clear -- Carl For PRESIDENT!I got the bed he is in. Obviously--It was a no brainer. And at an exceptional value. His Pillow knowledge on point, too! Everyone needs to inquire with Carl if you're in the market for anything bed related, and into that brevity thing.Calmer than you are.”
