Palm Lake Apartment Homes

Apartments
Hours: Palm Lake Apartment Homes offers a quiet, resort-like setting with lush landscapes, manicured lawns, shady trees, and shimmering lagoons. The beautiful property features pleasant pools, a fitness room, and jacuzzis. The location is excellent, within walking distance to restaurants and shopping, and close to BART. The community is nice for hosting friends, residents are friendly, and many feel safe there. Resident experiences vary. Some units are renovated with upgrades like nicer flooring and in-unit washers and dryers, while others show signs of rushed work, such as paint splatters. The quality can be a matter of luck. Issues noted by some include thin walls, occasional package theft, and shared laundry facilities that are expensive and often have machines out of service. Some have encountered maintenance issues like AC leaks or initial pest problems, though these are reportedly addressed. The staff and maintenance team receive consistent praise for being wonderful, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, courteous, and professional. They are noted for providing superior service and promptly responding to requests, making residents feel at home. The property management is seen as performing upkeep and repairs. Overall, many residents are happy and would renew their lease, enjoying the forest setting, animal-friendly environment, and amenities, though some feel it is not the best value for your dollar.
