The pro at the patient service center is a 10. However the Quest test upload from Stanford didn't come through - for the second time in a row so he and I had extra hoops to jump through. He juggled the scheduling and did his typical painless draw. :)

I don’t know how anyone can give this place lower than 5 stars. I’ve been getting my blood drawn since I was 15. I’m now almost 39. Always prefer Quest and this place since they been at this location gets me in and out. Super friendly as well. I been getting my blood done 24 years now. People giving them low stars ain’t been where I been. I’ve lived in hospitals in my life time. Whatever they complaining about is probably not even relevant to my life. I thank Quest for making my time just a bit more easier when having to get my blood drawn. Last year I was poked over 60 times

My appointment was at 8….i made it online. Very easy. I used the link to mobile check in. I walked in. They called me right at 8. I literally didn’t even wait. Maybe 40 seconds. They are so friendly. One stick. 4 vials of blood. No bruising! Everything was great.

Valerie and Jonathan are awesome! Very kind, knowledgeable, and gentle phlebotomists. Short wait times as well and a very clean place. Highly recommend this Quest lab!

I came to this Quest because the locations in our area have become so bad, especially San Pablo Quest: long wait with room full of people waiting like us + mean security guard.My technician at Concord Quest is Syndia. She is so nice, has clean equipment, fast, and, this is the big plus: you don't feel the sting when she puts needle through.The timing is very prompt here.So, overall experience: professional.For feedback, it would be nice if Quest has someone at the lobby. You have no idea if someone is working behind the close door.A patient came out as I was waiting, so to know the appointment is made real, unlike San Pablo Quest: losing your appointment or cancel your appointment because the staff are overloaded with work.So, for Concord Quest staff, you guys are 5 star!

Jasmine was my phlebotomist, she was amazing!!!! Very friendly, but most importantly, I didn’t even feel her draw my blood.I had an appointment and I got right in. She answered all of my questions, and was very professional. I will definitely be coming back to this location and hopefully Jasmine will be working.

I have always come to this laboratory. Good attention. But this guy who we can speak Spanish with is super rude and I saw him with 2 other people and me. Fatal. Too angry for his job.
