    The staff person was very professional and hit the mark on my 90-year-old mom's vein on the first stick, and it didn't even hurt. Lots of smiles, and made us feel so comfortable while we were in the patient room.

    Very professional and kind person that administered my tests. Very clean facility and very efficient process to arrive and checkin. I also love the app. Very nice having the tests listed immediately as they were processing and then getting real time updates on results with summaries to explain results.

    I needed to have blood drawn. The phlebotomist was extremely skillful. I hardly felt the insertion of the collection device. And it was all over very quickly. We had an appointment (my wife & I) and we were taken back several minutes prior to our appointment time, which was greatly appreciated.
