Valerie and Jonathan are awesome! Very kind, knowledgeable, and gentle phlebotomists. Short wait times as well and a very clean place. Highly recommend this Quest lab!

I came to this Quest because the locations in our area have become so bad, especially San Pablo Quest: long wait with room full of people waiting like us + mean security guard.My technician at Concord Quest is Syndia. She is so nice, has clean equipment, fast, and, this is the big plus: you don't feel the sting when she puts needle through.The timing is very prompt here.So, overall experience: professional.For feedback, it would be nice if Quest has someone at the lobby. You have no idea if someone is working behind the close door.A patient came out as I was waiting, so to know the appointment is made real, unlike San Pablo Quest: losing your appointment or cancel your appointment because the staff are overloaded with work.So, for Concord Quest staff, you guys are 5 star!

Jasmine was my phlebotomist, she was amazing!!!! Very friendly, but most importantly, I didn’t even feel her draw my blood.I had an appointment and I got right in. She answered all of my questions, and was very professional. I will definitely be coming back to this location and hopefully Jasmine will be working.

Quick and virtually painless!I walked in on a week day morning, used the kiosk to make an appointment for 20 minutes later, returned to my car to catch up on emails, walked in the door at my appointment time just as they were calling my name, walked right into the room, sat down and was out the door under 10 minutes later.The phlebotomist was pleasant, efficient, and gave great directions. They also took 6 vials without me noticing!

Rough start for this one. Site says one appointment available. I try to take it but it's for 2 hours earlier than the current time. It says walk-ins available. I hate being a walk-in because it's often a long wait. I'm fasting plus other test-specific requirements that are making me super uncomfortable. I go in anyway. It's close to home. I can't sign in, system in the waiting area says not taking appointments anymore but for urgent need, press "blue [help] button". That button leads to me getting a number to wait. I wait. One tech comes out a minute later to tell us in the waiting area that if you haven't checked in on their system, they're not taking any more patients. Good thing I checked in and I'm holding spot "#6". She disappears to the back. I wait 20 more minutes as those with appointments go ahead. Waiting room becomes increasingly busy. Another woman checks in as a walk-in. #7. Another lab tech emerges and says anyone that didn't have a prior appointment cannot be seen today. I argue that I've been waiting 20 minutes since the last tech said if we'd checked in already we were good. She clarifies, "No, only checked in with appointment. Not checked in as a walk-in." Ugh...I tell her I could have made it to another location before close had the previous tech been more clear. Also add that I'm fasting and desperately need to pee (which, of course needs to be saved for the test). She says to wait. I wait another 20 minutes. Original tech comes out and says it's now noon and they are closed. No time for me. At this point, I'm hungry, thirsty, off pain meds and supplements for 4 days, and desperately need to pee. I tell her I'm frustrated about the miscommunication and that I could have gone somewhere else had it been more clear in the beginning. She is clearly also stressed and frustrated but understands and says they'll take care of me. I ask for the other tech (just because she seemed less stressed). I'm an easy draw and she was quick. I thanked her for taking care of me and we both apologized for the hectic situation. Glad they made it work after all.

Extremely f****** rude. I drove from Antioch to concord to get a lab done as a walk in because it doesn't say we can't do walk ins in the website. So as soon as I open the door the lady at the counter yells at me "did you sign in!?" I'm like uh who is she talking to didn't even make it two feet in the door. She then proceeded to yell that she's not taking walk ins and appointments only. It was just so rude and if that was the case update your website! Who does she think she is making up her own rules. F*** her and this location.

35 minute wait after my appointment time of 810 and arriving prior to 8 am. Was texted at 815 they were ready for us and then not called back until 845. How are you running 35 minutes behind after being open for 40 minutes?! The worst part- I would not recommend coming here for your child as they are not all skilled enough to draw blood they don't know how to find the vein without multiple attempts and people.

No they change the system everything you have to do to check in what should I don't have a problem with it and they make it to one machine and people behind you in the line some old folks they don't understand how to open as information in and the lady sitting behind a countdown very rude but she don't have a breakfast in the morning and unbelievable that will be my last visit to this place I will go to John Mayer hospital much nicer much better place and very good access to your health so I request from everybody this place is the worst specially the lady work in the back in the register

I would suggest in going to a different Quest. I've been to a few Quest and the lady yells your information aloud to the waiting room. Your doctor name, address, and test being down. So, I overheard a lot of patients private information. She required that I check in on the tablet even after checking in on my phone like I have with every other Quest and when I started to check in she started clicking back on questions I already answered and then started pressing the buttons herself. I chose to wait outside until they were ready for me (like I do with every other quest) and they called me in 20 minutes before they were actually ready for me. Every other location I have been to is structured and ready to take on the patients in an orderly fashion while not having them wait any more that 5 minutes unless they need to verify information or change a code for your lab request. Less professional and less structured then other locations.

Made an 830 appointment for blood draw with “draw before 9 am” highlighted. After getting into a room at 835, sat there until 9 am and this was moved to another room, at which time it was too late to get the draw. The phlebotomist was amazed by this revelation and asked if there was a note on the lab slip to that effect.Yes there was, the only thing highlighted on every page. THESE PEOPLE ARE IDIOTS

They treat it very badly and ignore it instead of answering the questions. They are alone and instead of giving good service for being 10 minutes late, give me two hours later and he says we are busy. It was a few minutes late, I had a problem with the lock on the iPad, and without answering, he was just mentioned to the iPad.

I just want to say a Big "Thank You" to Jordynn the receptionist at Lab Quest . I went in to get lab work because my HMO decided I didn't need lab work ordered by an outside Doc...Jordynn so so professional and so friendly and made me feel at home! I was already nervous because of the lab draw I had to have! Arian the lab tech was Wonderful! So friendly.and reassuring. I actually felt in good hands! Arian was Professional,Knowledgeable, Confident. As a retired nurse just watching Arian do the blood draw I new she new what she was doing!Painless! Thank You so much ladies for making my experience The Best!!
