REI is a store for outdoor gear and clothing where the staff knows their stuff and really care. The service is outstanding and the staff are patient, helpful, knowledgeable, and passionate. They take great care of customers, sharing enthusiasm and full of advice. The store is very clean and nice and has everything needed to enjoy the outdoors. It is a reminder that going into a camping store is much better than online shopping. REI stands behind all products with a satisfaction guarantee.
I have my e-mtb there for warranty work. It has been a process, but the REI Team has been GREAT! I recommend this Shop!

Biggest REI I've ever seen, looks like a Costco in California. So many options of all kinds of gear and not all jammed in, good amount of space left to walk around and get through aisles freely. Just picked up a small dry bag since I was flying home.
