With both children, they told me when the kids were ready to potty train, and they were right. The teachers made what is normally stressful process so easy. “Awesome place for special needs people to go each day. Loving, caring people work with them. They learn different skills, go on outings, play and have fun. I drive for Keolis transportation, pick up at home, take to program and home again. The staff is the greatest. Keolis is looking for drivers. I've been driving them for 28 years and love watching the excitement and smiles when they arrive at their program.”

“A wonderful, caring environment for young children. My daughter has been attending Step-by-Step since she was 18 months old. Thanks to the incredible, attentive teachers she transitioned very smoothly. She's really blossomed and has had very rapid, noticeable development of language, social skills and independent self care. Ms. Marzi, Ms. Jaleh and Ms. Vanessa are wonderful! They're communicative and post lots of updates on the children's work and curriculum. I also appreciate that this is true Montessori school following a Montessori curriculum. Highly recommended!”

“My son have learned a lot going to Parkside Joyful Academy. He learned to count in Spanish and in English here. All the teachers are very friendly and he gets along with everyone. He loves following his teacher around and love to play with everyone. Sadly we are in the process of moving so we have to find a new daycare later, but overall this daycare is amazing.”

“We are so thankful for Beginnings and Beyond! My little one has been attending this Montessori school for about 2 years, and the experience has been incredible. The teachers do such a wonderful job encouraging independence, kindness, and respect for others while still providing gentle structure and guidance.

Her classmates are some of the sweetest kids I’ve ever seen—when one child stumbles, the whole class gathers to make sure they’re okay. I’ve even seen older students hug my daughter goodbye at pick-up, modeling compassion and setting such a beautiful example for the younger ones. That peer-to-peer care and leadership is something really special about Montessori, and it has transformed my once “wild” little one into a thoughtful, caring child.

The staff is always very friendly, efficient, and willing to address any concerns. You take really great care of the kids, and my son is always happy when I pick him up—in fact, he often doesn’t want to leave. We also think it is wonderful that you offer such a fun, interactive summer camp.

“We have been at Pixie for a few years and LOVE it. The kids feel so special there and like it's a family. The play-based education is exactly what I was looking for as someone who has had a career in early childhood education. The kids have been so excited about all the themes and I've seen their language and knowledge just explode since enrolling. I love being able to BE in the classroom once a week working there with them...that's not going to fly when they get older LOL. The other requirements of parents (since it's a co-op) are really easy and spread out all year.”

“We have had our preschooler at La Petite since she was 6 months old. She has enjoyed each classroom and every teacher she has had the pleasure to learn from. Miss Aiyana and Miss Lavina are the best you could ask for. They care about our daughter like she was their own. Our twin toddlers are new to daycare, but are thriving in this environment. Both of their language and social skills have really developed since being in the classroom setting. Miss Maria is amazing with the kids and her love for the job really shows in the videos and pictures. Both toddlers need some extra resources that the staff at La Petite help facilitate. The director Suzanne has done a great job coming up with events for the families to participate in (Pre-K grad, Mother's Day tea, Father's Day BBQ, family game night). She has been really easy to communicate with and helped our family with any and every need we had. We can't say how much that has helped our day-to-day life. It truly is special, when you can feel comfortable leaving your kiddos with a center that makes them happy and keeps them healthy and safe. Thank you La Petite!”
