About VistAbility's George Miller Center - Concord

Founded in 1965, VistAbility (formerly Contra Costa ARC) is an East Bay nonprofit that serves children and adults with developmental disabilities. We provide advocacy and support through community-based programming tailored to each persons' needs and goals. At the George Miller Center in Concord, we offer preschool, after school, and adult day programming year-round.
