Customer service at Staples has always been outstanding. I feel welcomed and valued. Associates are always willing to walk me to the right area so I can easily find what I need.

If you have anything you need to fax in a halfway professional volume or manner do not go here. Step up to the printer/ fax machine it could only accept half the amount of paper to be faxed at no point did it say how much it was per page but we will get there… so we chop the documents to be sent in half and in all fairness a decent amount but definitely not unreasonable (probably a third of a regular wad of paper you would put in your printer). The machine scans the pages, still no price but gives us an estimate waiting time of 37 minutes for half of what we need sent to be sent… I ask if it would not be more efficient to scan instead of fax the clerk said no, that the time it took depended on the distance to which one is faxing (Concord to Danville 20 min drive LOL) and it would be cheaper to fax than to scan so ok I guess we will wait, a good amount of time later the first half is sent and says something like “suceffully sent”and charged $98.70 (less than 50pages) and we still have half more to go so obviously we decide against that as one can probably buy a fax machine for half of what was already spent. As no one needs for half a fax sent, seeing our disscontempt, the clerk suggested a refund. He gave us a receipt and suggested we go to check out at this point despite the crazy price and amazing waiting time we still have no major issue as we are following reasonable customer service. This is where it gets complicated The cashier isn’t able to reverse the transaction and suggests store credit. And no one needs 98 dollars of pens and paper we declined and asked if he could try again, he politely did, tried several other times/cards and as he couldn’t reverse the transaction he asked for the manager, still no major issues despite being in the store for about an hour now. The manager steps in, tries once and then seeing she can’t reverse the transaction switches the speech and says oh well the fax successfully went through so we can’t issue a refund, to which I start explaining that the price per copy wasn’t disclosed and that we were only able to do half of our fax and that no one in their right mind would accept to pay 200$ to send a fax for less than 20 miles travel. Instead of listening to our very valid point she started talking over me with a “black female” entitled stance. At that point she started arguing about whom was talking over who and ask me to leave the store or she wouldn’t assist my friend in the refund. Need I say more? Everything is verifiable on their camera and audio surveillance recordings Staples corp please have at it.

I will never use this location again. They didn’t accept an Amazon return. I brought in my Amazon return and was told the box is almost full and it won’t fit. I asked can’t you start another box and was told no. Take it to the UPS store. I have tried to have book binding done here and was told they don’t have a very sharp cutter. What a waste of time. How they stay open is beyond my understanding. Service is below what I would expect.

I stopped in today for a Calculator and I was assisted by Dayna. Not only did she provide excellent customer service but I noticed the store looked super clean. I was as really impressed by the cleanliness of the store as well as the customer service provided.

This place sucks. I dread coming here. But it's the closest office supply store to me so I always have to go back. Unfortunately, today I had a particularly unpleasant experience with an employee. I ran to go grab a notebook for my college class, and when I went up to go check out, the two checkers are standing there talking. Which is fine, but then when I sat my notebook on the counter to check out the woman checker gave me a very dirty look and said " I guess I can take her here" as if I am inconveniencing her by needing to check out. I guess her conversation was more important than helping a customer. This is my last time at Staples. I'm going to OfficeMax instead.

Staples has never disappointed me, the extensive range of office supplies and print shop makes it a One-Stop shop for me. The staff is always very friendly and knowledgeable. My go-to place for picking up ink and printing out documents and mailing items out when needed.

Went looking for an office chair and was followed by a worker like I was trying to steal something. It made me extremely uncomfortable and I will never shop here again. Go somewhere else if you don't want to be treated like a criminal for no reason. Would give it 0 stars if I could.

I always buy my ink cartridges, printers, and office supplies at this Staples Treat Blvd store. I bought some new cartridges but had to return two HP ink cartridges. The younger Black reps, Thomas, was helpful and considerate in refunding my unused & unopened ink cartridges. When Thomas couldn't find my ink cartridges, he called for help. Joadean, a female Hispanic lady, came to help and said outlook to the effect that I'm tired of this. Jodean initially helped me find my replacement ink cartridges, but she had a very bad attitude. With a frown look and "don't believe in good customer service," she needs more customer service training. She has no eagerness to help customers. She has a very BAD ATTITUDE and is disrespectful towards customers. Honestly, she needs to be FIRED! It appears she doesn't represent the hood values of STAPLES. Please train or replace her immediately.

The people who work here are always SO nice and helpful. You’re greeted at the door and asked if you need help right away which is so so nice! There’s printing services as well as staplers/3 whole punch/tape you can use when you use the printers it seems like. The lady who helped us in printing got us the best deal she could which we appreciated so much! There’s also TSA pre check and Amazon drop off. Really a one stop shop for so many things and everyone in there really is so kind and helpful! Thank you!

Friendly, helpful staff at the Staples on the corner of Treat and Clayton Road. Within the past few months, they have added Amazon return service which I use frequently. I like that a staff person handles the transaction. Whole Foods at the Veranda has switched to self service for Amazon returns. The few times I tried to use it there were long lines. I am sticking with Staples!
