The workers suck. Lazy and slow. And when I asked a question about the truck the worker replied just go to Mexico and pick up another uhual. Big shout out to management to this location for their poor hiring and management skills.

Had a last minute move; swooped in and was immediately taken care of by Ashley and Monica. They hooked me up with a trailer and out the door in two shakes of a lamb’s tail. This is my third time renting from this location and it’s always been a positive experience. Thanks so much!

Service was fast and efficient. I had an issue with a credit that was owed for changing delivery locations. The manager Brodee reached out to me and went above and beyond to help me resolve the issue. Excellent service.

U-Haul of Concord was kind enough to lend us a truck for our First Wednesday Street Festival. The check-in and check-out was super easy! Everyone was super friendly! Thank you for supporting community events, our small non-profit appreciates everything you do for the community!

We had a really negative experience with a different uhaul site and Nick and Anthony went above and beyond to remedy the situation, even though it wasn't their problem to fix! Both were extremely friendly and helpful and both went out of their way trying to get our wiring up and running so that we could safely tow our trailer rental. They took what was a frustrating situation and made us feel super taken care of. Would recommend this uhaul location and its staff 100%!!
