Brody went above and beyond. When I expressed concern about whether their hitch receiver would fit my bike rack, he said he'd hook it on to show me that it would. I left with my new bike rack securely on the newly installed hitch. U-Haul's price for hitch installation can't be beat and the quality of the work looked great.
