One of the employees who I asked for help finding a perfume acted like she was going to help me and then I saw her on the floor as I was waiting for her it wasn’t until I approached her that she said she sent someone to help me but it was a lie no one showed up and she didn’t bother to tell me someone else was coming. She seemed annoyed to help me . I’ve shopped here ever since they’ve opened and have never had this experience. I had just gotten a gift card for my birthday and I had everything I needed but I was 7 weeks postpartum and it was my first day out after having PPD I was not looking my best I admit but they treat you like they see you. I was followed by the security guard which I found very uncomfortable. I’m and RN no need for me to steal.

I don’t normally do any reviews, but I figured I ll save yourselves trouble. I went yesterday to Ulta with an appointment for what I thought to be very simple request, have my hair cut.
I have to say this experience was the worst. Nobody ever manage to cut my hair so bad…
She was too quick and I could not see the back. My mom was outside the shopping mall and when I left ulta I asked her input and a photo. I am very disappointed, will never come back for anything like that. Quite honestly regret about not going back in and demanding my money back at least.

Its my first time shopping at Ulta with an employee that didnt feel rushed and didnt feel pressured to buy. Shout out to Gisselle that helped us so patiently. 🌻

I want full hair highlights like a show up all over I show her pic that’s one I want she said ok she done my hair color just front back was so dark because of I told her I want base fark and and hightlights and she not understand may be I did not tell anything I spend 198$ that ok I came house I feel my hair is so dark my back one like fake wig o don’t have time because of I work night time I have sat off then I call manager I wants more highlights she said ok u can come next week I have appointments next week and they cancel my appointment I go last week some one her name krissty she done my hair highlights but different color I ask her I want same front highlights she Have attitude no politely she said it’s same I talk another lady she is manager she said some one help me then she tell me no one comfortable I feel it’s like ambrassing like no one comfortable I spend money I’m not happy this color but she not charged me more money that’s gud point but ask u if u want highlights I don’t recommend because they not understand u no go overthere manager is gud lady but workers are not gud overthere they not deserve over there they need more practice and patience they only employees 👍🏻

it's too pricy idk why and the worker seemed mean.... I kinda change my mind because I went to this store the 2nd time it's was good and I think I got 13 dollars out of a 25 dollar mascara also I don't know how the points work I'm too hesitant to ask the girl about my account

The only reason I’m giving two stars is because they had great inventory and selection and lots of products! Great selection, didn’t have what I was looking for exactly but they still had tons of product!
However, I find the environment of this Ulta very unwelcoming, as well as picking and choosing who they talk to. The employees at this store didn’t greet me or asked me if I needed any help, I don’t even think they looked at me I’ll be honest.
I understand not wanting to talk to someone unless you have to but it the energy within the store made me want to leave more.
I say if you’re looking for product and don’t want to talk to anyone! This is the place!
However my experience here wasn’t the best. It’s unfortunate that they didn’t have what I was looking for, as well as ignoring my existence entirely. I usually don’t leave reviews but I felt like in this case, just because of how I felt in that store I wanted to share.

I've been getting my brows done at this location for many years with multiple brow ladies and never had an issue problem getting a specific service done all of the sudden today, another new brow girl, Kiara M. told me she couldn't perform this service because it wasn't listed. I told her Ive been coming for years and even spoke to the manager (didn't get her name) and she also said no. Im furious because Ive been a loyal customer for years and have spent thousands of dollars here and now there's an issue. I will no longer get my brows done here and will go back to Macys Brow Bar in the mall where Ive been going since this location is notorious for having multiple brow ladies here month after month. If I could give 0 stars I would!

I’m really disappointed with my experience at this salon. I booked an appointment with Lilia V. for a signature haircut, hoping for something nice, but it ended up being a disaster. She completely ruined my long hair with a rushed and uneven cut, and she didn’t even try to listen to what I wanted. Every time I tried to explain the style I was looking for, she seemed annoyed and made faces, which made me feel really uncomfortable. The whole appointment felt rushed—it was over in 25 minutes, even though it was supposed to take over an hour. To top it off, she didn’t even dry my hair when she was done and told me I’d need to pay an extra $20 if I wanted it styled. I had to insist just to get my hair dried because I didn’t want to leave with wet hair. Overall, it was such a bad experience. The stylist was very very mean and unprofessional. I honestly think I could’ve done a better job cutting my own hair at home. Save yourself the stress and go to a better salon where they actually care about their clients.

I was told that their systems were down and so I would be given store credit instead of the direct refund I was due. This has become such a hassle as the products that I was going to go ahead and buy are not available in their store, and I can not use the store credit online. After contacting customer service and waiting several days for a call from the store manager, I will have to go into the store just to exchange the store credit for a gift card, and still would need to purchase the items online. This is customer disservice and disrespect of my time. The return policy that encourages finding products you love and easily returning those you don't--with a receipt and in like new condition (usually because they don't work as described), is just a ploy. Other retailers sell the same products without the hassle.
