“By far the best vet I have ever been to. My cat was diagnosed with diabetes and Dr. Campbell took so much time to explain everything to me during such a stressful time. She went above and beyond to help me understand everything by thoroughly explaining. I am so grateful my cat was able to be in her wonderful care during the beginning of his diagnosis. I am forever thankful for the wonderful compassion. Appointments are easy to schedule online with sometimes same day or next day availability. Prices are reasonable and I don't feel like they overdo testing and give you options.”

“Dr. Aparicio and staff are great. She doesn't rush through the appointment like most other vets, whether we're there with our 2 dogs for annuals or for a health issue. Sometimes we wait longer than normal but it's ok because I know she's taking the time with other patients that she gives us. I like her honesty-our dogs are our children and as dog parents we need to be reminded they have different needs than humans. She's also very knowledgeable and even helps out with zoos. I love that they will call the drug reps to ask about proper dosages for my tiny rescue and that she will pull out a book now and again to double check something like the compounds, breed, and health issues. It's reassuring that someone is making sure they didn't miss something. There's never unnecessary testing (we have insurance for our dogs so I know I'll get reimbursed) and we can always count on a thorough explanation of what's going on. We're always allowed to stay in the room to help calm them too which I love. This vet has been practicing for many years and between her and the staff you can tell by how they treat the animals. They really love them, care about what they do, and want the best for them. You can tell a LOT about people by how they treat animals. Thanks Dr. Aparicio and team CVPH!”

“They love pets and never try to upsale or do anything drastic unless absolutely necessary. I have a cat who seems to continuously have health issues or emergencies and they do everything they can to keep costs low to make sure we can get treatments.

Dr Bivens has been his Dr since he was a kitten and she is the best I could ask for for my sweet baby. I don't trust alot of people with him but I know when he's with them he will be taken care of properly during over night stays or surgeries.”

“UPDATE: i brought my dog in again because he was acting sick (which had me worried sick) Another girl did my room this time and it was so much better! She was well put together and was very professional. When the doctor came in, she assisted him well. (We love Dr. Bedros btw) After the doctor told us what he wanted to do, I expressed my concern to her about my dog and how worried i was. She was so empathetic and kind. Reassuring me that they would take good care of my dog. AND they definitely did! because after a couple of days, my pup was feeling all better and back to his normal self. I was honestly thinking about going to a different vet because of my last experience but i think im okay for now. Thank you so much Dr. Bedros and Audrey!”

“I’m incredibly grateful to the entire Banfield Concord team for the wonderful care they gave my girl, Luna.

Luna had a foxtail stuck deep in her paw and needed a minor surgical procedure to have it removed. It wasn’t easy to locate, but the team was extremely professional, patient, and thorough. They kept us informed about what was happening and communicated with us throughout the process, which gave me a lot of peace of mind.

Most importantly, Luna was treated with so much care and kindness. As a pet parent, it means everything to know that your baby is being treated with compassion and is in good hands.

“Been meaning to write this review for some time now. We switched vets just to be closer to our home and I'm so glad we did. The vet who met with us to check up our new rescue cat, Ollie, was so kind and knowledgeable. She spent a ton of time with us answering all of our questions. She has a wonderful way with pets and even Ollie really liked her - and he doesn't even like me! :) I was so pleased by this experience and will definitely be bringing my dog here too. It's a very calm environment which is just so good for my pets and the staff and vet were kind and capable! Very glad this place is in my neighborhood.”
