The employees were absolute rockstars despite being so overworked, needing to constantly be in 5 places at once. I wish corporate/management would appropriately staff the store.

This is the dirtiest Walgreens I have ever been to. And I've been to some around the country and around the world. Parking lot is always full of trash. The walkway around the entrance and sides of the building are disgusting and gross. There's always food, trash and hundreds of gum and other things that have been staining the ground for years. They really need to get a power washer out there every 6 months to a year. It's disgusting. Also, there's an ugly smashed up and broken Redbox video rental machine on the side of the building as well. Doesn't really add to the curb appeal. Does the owner have no pride in their business. Does the Walgreens corporation have no pride in the stores that carry their name? And there's often shady people hanging out in the parking lot or right up against the building, which makes it feel unsafe to go in and out of the store. I love Concord, but a business like this should be a role model, not one of the things bringing the city down.

Take to long in pharmacy at first the say they have the medication but when you wait they will say we don't have it and say sorry I mean sorry don't salve problems or it won't bring my speed time back

Do not come in here I've been in line for 30 min with only three people in front of me In the pharmacy they have had trouble finding each person's medication

No idea of whether their flu shot is trivalenet or quad. No record of my previous vaccinations told me when I went to update my insurances it was missing the required numbers...then when I returned they told me it was already updated...What is wrong here...its not hard. Sort out yourself...people rely on you...don't go here if you are old...It was confusing enough for me..

Dishonest Parmacist Kim lied about calling my home to inform me that my husband's order which was overdue and finally ready denied that she had called and of course nothing was ready putting his health in jeopardy. Find another provider..this wasn't the first time that they had made rather serious mistakes.

This Walgreens is so bad they told me they couldn't find my insurance when I always go there. Then the cashier in the front told me he couldn't have me rolls off quarters because Walgreens doesn't have a certain account set up to receive quarters. I think he was just lazy and didn't want to give me a roll of quarters from the back. Don't go here this Walgreens is tacky.
