“I shop here frequently both for work & my own home. Don't expect the niceties or variety of products you will see at a retail grocery store - this is a food service vendor focused on the wholesale market that happens to be open to the public. That said, the staff is unfailingly pleasant & helpful and the prices good.”

“In-N-Out fairly quickly sometimes it's hard to find an employee overall Services pretty good I like the fact that I can go in and out fairly quickly on the scan and go app I don't have to wait in line.”

“We normally go to Costco but just recently added a Sam's membership to try. And it had more than we thought. It definitely wasn't as crowded as Costco and we had to scan membership card for everything including food court and exit. But I liked the fact that a lot of their sizes weren't as big as Costco size. Selection was decent and we saw stuff (especially snacks) that Costco didn't carry. And this the kicker, the food court! More selection, cheaper since smaller but who cares. We got a slushy and pretzel. This would be a kid's reward if the kids were younger. Except this Sam's didn't have a gas station. Otherwise once kids are gone and you don't need Costco sizes, Sam's is a good and less stressful alternative.”

“I have been a Costco Member for many decades. Today was the first day I patronized the Pharmacy at the Antioch, CA Costco. I received great service from Alex (via a Phone call). As a first time caller, I had no clue how the Pharmacy service works. Alex, patiently and professionally provided answers to my many questions. He also spent the time to listen to their voice mails in search of the message my doctor left with my new Prescription. I originally told him that my doctor said he spoke to one of the Pharmacy staff which was not the case. Because of the high quality service he provided me today, he definitely should be recognized by upper Costco Management. I could not find a way on the Costco web site or system to leave a review or feedback; therefore, I am using Yelp. Hope this helps my fellow Costco Members. Thank you Alex, Ed Woo”

“As someone who has memberships at both Sam's Club and Costco, I find myself gravitating more towards Sam's Club, and here's why. The standout feature for me is their 'Scan and Go' system. It's a game-changer! The ability to simply scan items as I shop, pay through the app, and bypass the checkout lines entirely is incredibly convenient. I often wonder why Costco hasn't implemented something similar.Another aspect I prefer at Sam's Club is the store layout. It feels more navigable and shopper-friendly compared to Costco. And when it comes to their meat selection, especially the steaks, I find them to be superior in quality at Sam's Club. They consistently offer great cuts that are perfect for grilling.My only gripe is the scarcity of Sam's Club locations. I really wish they would expand more. Having more stores would make it even easier to access their great products and services. Sam's Club, if you're listening, please consider opening more outlets!In conclusion, for its convenience, quality of products, and especially the 'Scan and Go' feature, Sam's Club gets my vote over Costco. It's definitely worth checking out if you have the option in your area.”

“Good customer service I should have done this review a while ago but Enrique was able to help me obtain a new card after loosing mine and he was super nice, helpful and on top of that it was hi cost to replace it! I know this is probably standard but he was really nice and when you go places you can tell when people are in a bad mood and you could tell he was genuine! We talked briefly about school and out goals it was nice :)”

“Went to this Costco for a return... the line was insane.... I don't know if it's because I came on a Friday around 2:00pm... but the line took forever... BUT- the reason for this review is not because I love writing reviews. Its more to recognize the service I received... It's not often that I go to costco and I have extremely helpful people... this Costco however, has always been great. With the line being long, being tired, being annoyed that the line is too long... (lol) when it was finally my turn I was greeted with a big (happy to work here) smile... which you know what they say is contagious... Prado, I think that was his name, he was so helpful, so informative, and it didn't matter if there was a line behind us, he made sure to help me understand any future return questions I had. He seemed sincere and genuine about our quick convo about the Korean BBQ and that's what customers need after waiting in a long line... (yes still talking about that line) So shoutout to Prado (sorry if i got this name wrong) Cheers!”

“This review is for my experience w/ the T-mobile vendor! I was greeted by a couple T-mobile representatives during my Costco visit. It was perfect timing for me because I was looking into starting a new plan. Angelina had some good deals for me. She compared the prices for a couple of the phones I was interested in and so glad she helped me get the best deals possible without breaking the bank. I couldn't turn down a great deal and top notch customer service. Her manager Jeff was awesome as well. He helped me pick out the color phone since I couldn't decide. He was very friendly and made my T-Mobile experience fun. He even kept my hubby & step-son entertained while waiting for me complete the purchase. If you're looking into signing up with T-mobile...I highly recommend going into Costco and stopping by the T-mobile booth. The best part was no waiting in long lines or signing in just to get helped by a representative. Thanks again Angelina & Jeff with helping me with my new service and the awesome customer service.”
