“There are not many place for on site printing service in this area. Walgreen continues to provide service at the reasonable rate for printing photo. As soon as you upload the photo and print order, the system tell you 30 minutes time for the pick up. The restroom is also available for customer with key pad which need a staff to unlock it.”
“I had a strange issue with the TPMS on my relatively new car—readings were incorrect and inconsistent, and the problem came and went without a clear pattern. It didn’t seem like the sensors should have failed, so I brought it in to the Sam’s Club Tire Center in Concord to get a second opinion.
Carlos, the lead who was working the counter, was incredibly patient and thorough. He listened to my explanation, agreed it was unusual, and took the time to answer all of my questions. Once he got into the job and started taking the tires apart, he discovered moisture in the sensors and excess visible on the tyre rims. What really stood out was that instead of just completing the job, he invited me over (I was shopping in the store) to show me what he found and answered even more questions.
This was exceptional customer service—I left not only with the issue resolved but with a clear understanding of what went wrong and why. I was genuinely impressed and very happy with the service I received.
In addition, the price was very reasonable. I was quoted and charged ~$200 here for full TPMS sensor replacement and programming all tyres, when I was quoted ~$500 elsewhere.”
“I have been a Costco Member for many decades. Today was the first day I patronized the Pharmacy at the Antioch, CA Costco. I received great service from Alex (via a Phone call). As a first time caller, I had no clue how the Pharmacy service works. Alex, patiently and professionally provided answers to my many questions. He also spent the time to listen to their voice mails in search of the message my doctor left with my new Prescription. I originally told him that my doctor said he spoke to one of the Pharmacy staff which was not the case. Because of the high quality service he provided me today, he definitely should be recognized by upper Costco Management. I could not find a way on the Costco web site or system to leave a review or feedback; therefore, I am using Yelp. Hope this helps my fellow Costco Members. Thank you Alex, Ed Woo”

What Dr Kelka did is great! Walgreens didn't have prescription i called CVS and they had it i called my doctor to transfer prescription took them for ever they never got back but Dr KelKa called Wallgreens directly transferred prescription and now they are working on prescription as I write this review. Im very greatful because now I know my son will get medicine he needs.”

“Older Caucasian woman who works the cash register and sometimes I see her stocking is awesome, she may be older but she has great customer service and always mentions the deals or specials. Pharmacy staff could use some training and help ,not being mean but when people are in line for a long time sick ,it is not easy. Maybe some training and customer service would be great. Great location of this store ,parking can be challenging around Thanksgiving or Xmas due to the lot being shared with Honey Baked ham.”

“Appreciated Gabby's friendly smile at the front register, and willingness to help out at pharmacy register when the line was all the way to the back of the store! Don't know why the line was so long, other than it was after 5:00pm, when most people are getting off work! And they appeared to have only one person at a time at the registers, and this one person had to attend to drive thru also!! ? I had initially gone to the drive thru; but when the woman who was talking to me over the phone said there were several people ahead of me in line, I decided to go inside also! The lady at the register in pharmacy, the same one I talked to in drive thru, was pleasant considering the long line! A special shout out to the head pharmacist -Isabel, who is always working hard, non stop, but willing to attend to a customer at the front, with a genuine smile, when she's needed!! Enjoyed talking to the people in line, so the experience was ok..I guess the bottom line is....hiring some additional workers would be nice, to help with the workload of the people already there!! But still, no complaints with the people there!!”

“Shout out to the tire center! One of the best benefits of Sam's is the tire center. It's one of the main reasons we renew our membership every year. I had to bring in two different cars about three weeks apart here and both times Erikka was super helpful in coordinating the appointments. Service was excellent so a big thanks to Julian, Jose , Edwin and Tawny who helped us keep our cars road ready!”
