“My tailpipe rusted off and for a good price replaced it. Had everything done within an hour and a half, then noticed an exhaust leak which they welded back the metal. Definitely will be coming back when work is needed under what they can do. They do more than exhausts, and will do breaks, suspensions and radiator changes.
Thanks to West Coast Muffler, my truck is back to its usual peppy self and with them finding that exhaust leak in front of my muffler, i can feel better acceleration and no more excess noise coming from my exhaust.”

“Choe is the man, I called a bunch of different places and he gave me the best deal on installing my struts and used customer supplied parts which most places will not do. Also he tried helping out my car after I was in an accident and every other place I talked to wouldn't bother unless they fixed the car perfectly and costed thousands of dollars. He got my car back on the road for a fraction of the price, and put in more effort than most mechanics would for that cost. Very happy I found this shop”

“We were headed out of town last week for a wedding in Lake Tahoe towing our 5th wheel with 3 dogs on a much needed break. Tire starting quickly losing air around the corner from Concord Tire Center. We rolled in the parking lot in a panic and was quickly helped pulling a nail from our truck tire and quickly back on the road in less than 45 minutes. WOW, how lucky we were to need help when this crew was happy to save the day with professionalism and quick action. In the summer heat with dogs and plans for fun, this nail and unfortunate tire situation could have been VERY bad! Thank you, Concord Tire Center. We will be back, you have certainly earned a new customer and we are so grateful!”

“Top quality service from the guys here! Sams club had the best price on new Michelin A/S 4 tires for my 1994 Toyota Supra. I bought my newly refinished chrome OEM wheels here and they expertly and very carefully mounted and balanced the tires, taking extra care not to damage the finish. Highly recommended - would come back here in a heartbeat!”

“Had a nail in my tesla tire, needed quick patch/plug. they were backed up and asked if I could wait. But noticed I was anxious, and slot me in within 10 minutes and got me out the door within 20. Great prices too. Only thing to add would be to ask if they can use Tesla jack pucks for future customers. Risky to just use jack with the points being so close to battery.
Really appreciated the help. Will come here again when under a pinch.”

“I couldn't be happier with the service I received at this location! I initially came to the Concord location to get an alignment for the tires that were just put on at the Martinez shop (but their alignment rack wouldn't accommodate my van). Travis was enthusiastic to work on the project, as my van is an import and wasn't familiar to him. He noticed that my front shocks were shot, and I was eager to get them replaced. Problem is, it wasn't an easy task sourcing the part #'s since my van is an import. Long story short, with Travis' patience, a few phone calls, and some Googling, we came up with the part #'s. I dropped my van off a few days later, and a few hours later, she was done! She rides like a dream now, and I have the staff at the Concord location to thank for it, esp Travis! Thanks brother!”

“We have lived in Clayton for 3 years now and find ourselves using Tire Choice on Clayton road for all of our vehicles. Last year they replaced both front struts to our truck and we bring our other two vehicles in for maintenance and oil changes often. Their customer service is always above and beyond.
Today was beyond exceptional that I HAD to write a review. We popped a tire on our trailer and were stressed out about getting it replaced, my husband drove to TireChoice and spoke with David, the current store manager. David helped us get a replacement tire clocked off and on his way home from work came to our trailer with tools and was readily there to help, he changed our tire and we made a new friend. We love local businesses, we love that David is a local in our area and soo willing to help. For this reason I will always steer people to Tire Choice-Concord. Thank you David!!”
“Joseph is the best tire technician here! He helped me out when I was really worried that I might have to buy a brand new tire for my Tesla. Thankfully, he was able to repair it for free because I purchased the tires from Costco and they have a warranty. I’m so happy that everything was taken care of.
