“I'm giving their store four stars because it's always clean, wouldn't organized and everyone who works here is super nice. But again the same issue I have with all the other Ross stores in the area is that they have security watching you make a purchase and they still insist on looking in your bag and checking off your receipt. It's really unnecessary and it's overbearing and I'm so tired of it. Other than that I love the store.”

“All Uniqlo stores are an excellent look inside and outside. This one in Sunvalley Shopping Center is no exception. The store is spotless. All merchandise is very well displayed. Shopping in Uniqlo is an enjoyment! The store layout is pretty much the same as before the pandemic. The clothing they carry is similar to a few years ago. They're mostly very simple and comfortable designs. One of the significant differences between pre-pandemic and post-pandemic is the prices. The price of most of the items is higher than before. Also, they have way fewer items on sale and almost have nothing on clearance anymore! No more bargain items now! I still like comfortable clothes from Uniqlo. But I don't have to motivation to shop in the store anymore without the bargain items! Lol!”
“Love coming to Sunvalley mall to go to JCPenney, as well as one of the last surviving Sears stores. Sadly, my local mall (SF Centre) is a ghosttown and all the JCPenney's in the peninsula have closed. Hope they can make a comeback in the future. The other stores here just aren't the same.”

“Looks so clean, and a very nice place to do shopping. A lot of sale up to 60% off on clearance, upon entrance we were greeted by a nice staff in suit, unfortunately, person by the cashier is very slow asking email and stuff on the person in front of us. I'm not exaggerating but she was really slow. upon making this review another nice male staff offered to help us and added a person by the register. She's quite nice too.”
“I visit this store almost on a weekly basis to pick up my niece, so thought I could give it a review. It's located on the upper floor, right behind the elevator so the location is very convenient. Collection and style: a few years ago, it was a great choice, but now the items look too similar and are too expensive, especially when there is Uniqlo in the same mall where you can find much higher quality clothes for a more affordable price. Services: The store itself is clean and well-kept, and the employees are nice. I notice a lot of students working part-time throughout the summer, so they may have missed or misunderstood your question. As long as they're willing to check and get back to us, I'm fine with that. I only go here if I can't find what I'm searching for elsewhere, and that's generally jeans. One thing to keep in mind: Don't use curbside pickup (or at least right now). Their system does not handle it very well. I used it once and had to walk to the store after waiting 30 minutes for a curbside, so I know how slow their system is. No one called to let me know that they missed the order when it appeared on the system.”

“Been shopping here for years. Bought all my J's here. Authentic. New. Never fakes. Been treated fair. Prices are high, but worth it. Professional staff, purchased some jeans, and they didn't fit. Return date was passed the deadline. I was able to exchange them for another pair. On top of that, purchase more J's.”

“I love this Ross I always come here! But the cashier this time had an attitude for no reason before I even said Hi to her, I even made her job easier by taking off the hangers. If you’re having a bad day or just argued with a costumer don’t take it out on the next one. Grow up and suck it up, if you don’t like then quit.

I decided to go to the location at Sunvalley mall the other day and the store manager was very helpful. 5 stars for the store manager!! “I have been a fan of Express for forever - since I lived in Massachusetts, New York, Maryland, PA, Connecticut, and now here. The only issue I have of late is their prices have increased significantly. But, they give a 10% discount to prior/present military personnel. So, you know I'm on that!”

“I came in with my friend and while we were waiting to check out, there was this mom and daughter were trying to return something and the mom was giving her daughter and the employees such a hard time for no reason. Amayah was extremely professional and didn't let this middle aged white lady get the best of her. This is a shout-out to her! (4 stars bc it was hot as hell in there)”
