“I am not one to write reviews but from the moment I walked into this Travis Mathew location I felt like I was family. The employees that greeted me as I walked into the Broadway Plaza location were Jack and Mike. I believe Mike is the showroom manager of the location as he was directing and talking to the other employee's to help customers and was recommending items to the people shopping. Jack and Mike helped me select some items as I told them I was going on a golfing trip. I never felt like the two of them were pushing items on me but more of helping me select the best for me and look good. I ended up spending close to $500 and took advantage of an amazing promo they have going on up until memorial day. Highly recommend. I def will be going back again thank you Jack and Mike.”

I like the natural fabric available at the Eileen Fisher store, they are comfortable and breathe easily. They have a variety of colors and styles from easy, slim, to relax fit. Excellent parking available in the Walnut Creek Broadway Plaza mall Center, refined shopping center, quality boutiques, department stores, and eateries. Great for the whole family!”

“Had a great experience today at Untuckit in Walnut Creek. Isaiah opened the store promptly at 10am, he was very personable and knowledgeable about the product. He brought out all the styles they had in my size, made recommendations as too what color shoes, and pants would go with the styles I picked out! Then once I was done selecting, he offed to steam the shirts for me! Great experience overall, will definitely be going back!”

Her manager, Andrea, even offered me my post b'day discount since I did not get any notification in my inbox. They were both so amazing, I ended up buying a pair of sandal and ordered a turtleneck shirt off the internet with even better discount when you order in store. It's a hit and miss at Madewell in terms of service, but this evening, they were amazing and I really want to be sure Madewell knows this. Thank you!”
