She ensured my suit was ready in time for a wedding, and they were able to complete the alterations within just two weeks. The fit and quality turned out great. “I cannot speak highly enough of this place. I wandered in about 40min before close on the weekend. Understandably no one was out front which honestly was perfect for me as I got to browse the small showroom in peace. A lady noticed me but I literally looked like another person that worked there out of the corner of her eye and then she saw the other person and realized I was a customer XD. I did indeed look like the person - understandable! Honestly less choice here makes it easier here because they have all the basics. Navy, khaki, black, and light blue with some fun stuff sprinkled in. Loved that they had women's sizes too! Unfortunately they didn't fit my body type too well so I just got the men's pants and shirts (which is odd because usually the women's fits better if you have a booty). The women's tops were way too tight in the shoulders and the pants were too tight around the waist and top of the thigh for the range of motion you need. BUT that might just be the way I'm built. They are the same as the men's materials so that's great.
I got two pairs of pants and two collared work shirts. They asked me my hem length and took it to the back. Price was around what's to be expected for FR clothing - around 100-120 an article of clothing. Honestly, even more impressive because it's all made in house. The clothes are very well made and will last thru tougher wear. My only wish is that they made more jacket type articles for cold weather because there were only sweatshirts but we aren't in an area that really demands them so understandable from a small business perspective. It just would have been nice to try them on.
I asked about how long do the alterations take for pick up and the worker said 'oh we'll have it out in 5minutes'. They literally had the staff tailoring them in the back right before close. 5 star service and will be telling all my coworkers about this place”

“John and Cindy were a pleasure to work with on a beautiful new custom suit. I know almost nothing about fine clothing, and they patiently walked me through the entire process making me feel exceptionally comfortable. While it is not an inexpensive experience, for the quality, expertise, experience and suit, shirts and tie received, the price was very reasonable, superior to the competition and well worth it. I hope to return many times to expand my closet with them. If you're considering a custom suit from another place that may be more upmarket, go to Zeglio for a bespoke experience with the finest quality materials and tailoring and amazing customer service. And if you're considering a cheaper option for a suit, custom or otherwise from the only large, annoying, nationwide chain of supposed nice men's clothing that's left, save up because it's worth the extra money to go to Zeglio and have it done correctly and much more pleasantly.”
“I’m a little late leaving this review, but this place deserves all the love! The owners are incredibly sweet and helpful. They carry a wide variety of beautiful clothing in all sizes, prints, and colors perfect for any occasion. What I really appreciated is that they’re happy to work with your budget, which made the experience even better. I found the perfect wine/gold sari for a rehearsal dinner, and we got a gorgeous colorful lehenga for my daughter for a wedding. They even helped us find jewelry to match her outfit perfectly. Everything was so stunning, it was hard to choose! Definitely recommend checking this gem out, support a wonderful small business!”
“As disappointing as it is to be at a weight that means I'm going to DXL Big+Tall, I am thrilled to say that I easily found clothes that fit me and make me look sharp. Service was incredible. I had a wedding where I put off looking for clothes way too long and by the time I started, nothing fit in any of the regular stores. Finally, came across DXL and I had choices. Choices of jackets, choices of shirts - not just a scrap or two left behind. I'm thrilled for folks who can be in the slim fit section - I'm not there today, but boy am I glad DXL had my back.”
“I love this place. From picking up wax and sunscreen when supplies are low to the bigger stuff like a new wetsuit or board, they have it all. I have spent more time than I would like to admit in front of their great wall of fins, searching for the perfect fin match for a new board. I want to give a huge shout out to Mark for his great customer service and board knowledge. I would highly recommend visiting this place, not just for clothing but for surfboards and wetsuits.”

“Beautiful store with the best Vans merchandise selection in OC! I’ve visited several stores; this flagship location is the busiest and has an energetic, fun vibe. The entire team was incredibly helpful, attentive and not pushy. Shout out to Wesley and Daniel who helped me with my purchases! Out of all the surf brands I wear, IMO Vans is definitely the most fashion-forward brand due to their high quality, classic graphics and most importantly their silhouettes/cuts. I LOVE the slightly cropped, boxy, oversized hoodies I purchased from the men’s collection! Even their t-shirt fabrics feel so premium.

“I am editing my previous post to say that I am completely satisfied with the customer service I received from Sam’s Fine Tailoring as well as the final resolution to my return. I was initially not made aware of how Sam’s returns are processed. It is a two step return process where shipping and processing charges are returned separately so I received the refund in two parts. Once I spoke to John Anderson who helped me, it was all cleared up. I did receive a full refund as John Promised and I am very pleased.
Based off of my experience, I definitely support Sam’s Tailoring and appreciate the customer service they provided. John Anderson is an excellent Salesman who cares about his customers and makes sure to take care of any issues and follow up with phone calls as well as emails to get things resolved. “Kohl’s is usually a large department store mostly specializing in women’s apparel. They do have junior and men’s sections. They showcase a wide collection of women, men, junior clothing and accessories. The prices are usually in range and the collection is mid tier. I really think it’s worth a visit. Parking is free.”

“My husband and I had a wonderful experience with everyone at Arsens, especially with Shant!
I had a very strict vision for my wedding suits, and Shant walked me through the different avenues of how to achieve the look I wanted, even if it required being referred out to an embroiderer.
Thankfully, him and his team were able to hand-stitch the embroidery details (+ some tailoring), and honestly? it makes the suits much more special.
The time, expertise, and professionalism we experienced from Arsens is top-notch. You are in good hands ?”
