Was fortunate enough to be assisted by the dapper and charming Nabil, who found me the perfect Canali blazer among other items. Having just been on Rodeo Drive, I can honestly say that the experience here was vastly superior to any of those stores. Amazing selection of the latest high end men's fashions with old school service and a total commitment to customer satisfaction. Worth a trip to Newport Beach just to shop here.”

“I have been shopping at this store for years and it is always well stocked, organized, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. On a recent trip Alfie recognized me and asked about my wife who usually is with me. I shared with him that she recently passed away and that I was there shopping with my son. He went over and above normal great customer service and showed me true human compassion. He shared about a tragedy he had experienced in his life and genuinely asked how my son and I were doing. He listened and took time to try to connect on a personal level. He then spent some extra time with my son discussing their shared love of golf and connecting with him. This was more than a normal shopping experience. I am so grateful for they way we were treated and for the kindness Alfie displayed. I want his managers to know what he did and how much we appreciated him that day. He is a true asset to your team!”

Having said that, the customer service experience here at the Fashion Island Johnnie-O store is second to none, outstanding. I live in Nebraska, and I fly to California a few times a year to visit friends or if work brings me there. And I make it a point on each trip to stop by the store and do a little shopping. When I'm not in town, but Johnnie-O comes out w/ something I'm interested, all I need to do is contact Rhook at the Fashion Island store and she takes care of everything. Even once, the Johnnie-O site was completely sold out of a Blazer I was interested in, and Rhook was able to make a few phone calls and find the blazer, in my size. They have tailored clothing for me as well. Bottom line, don't believe any negative reviews about this store location, the retailers are top-notice, friendly and know their product. “There was a man with red hair and he was the nicest guy in the world.I’ve went into that place twice in a spans of a two days over the 4th of July weekend and the first time he showed so much respect and was such a good employee.The second time I went in there he help me loosen my skateboard wheels and was amazing because as I was waiting to be helped he encountered a very disrespectful family as though they were being disrespectful he was going out of his way for this family and he even gave them the option of 65$ dollars and lowered to 55$ And was going to pay the 10 dollar difference then the family said that price was to large and walked away but what they were trying to buy was a logo on a jacket and they walked away after he printed this logo on a shirt.and right after he helped me out and we had a conversation and he was so happy and I love who this person is.Thank you for the wonderful experience!”
