Went shopping before we had the insurance money and Wayne took us for a test drive. “Just a little background, we're looking for a used car with fairly low mileage. I knew exactly which car to look at before going to the dealership. When we got to Norm Reeves Honda I was greeted by one of their employees. After a brief exchange of words. He said that we can't buy a car in the dealership with a budget of 25k. He also mentioned that they didn't have the cars we're looking for, which wasn't true. He pointed us to the used car section and seemed to have lost interest. We thanked him for his time and proceeded to look at the 2 cars we came for.We honestly didn't want to go inside and ask another employee for help after our first encounter. We were ready to walk out since there were other options nearby. Luckily Samuel Martinez came out to make sure if everything was ok. He's professional, courteous, and respectful. The used car came with a broken sun roof. Samuel made arrangements to get it fixed for us. He also worked with us with the pricing and gave us a substantial discount. We also showed up there 30m before they closed. The whole branch stayed with us till we finished the transaction. It was 9:30pm by the time we finished the transaction (they closed at 8:00pm that day). The service team detailed the car we purchased. I was impressed by their commitment to make sure that we were happy with our purchase.Not all of their employees provide the same level of service.
