“I had a two part sleep study. My first one was a great experience with very nice Staff.
The second was rather stressful and irritating. They seemed bothered by my issues and I even had to get into a little back and forth to get the help I needed. It's freezing there, after asking 3 times he finally shut it off. Everything seemed to be this way all night. While he was frustrated asked me if I wanted to terminate the study. No not at all, I just wanted to get everything working right, isn't that why we are doing them. He asked me this at 2:30 in the morning. Seriously. Very disappointing George.”
