“Steven Nagy and Hector Martinez are the best. If I have an issue with equipment, oxygen accumulators or bottles they are very responsive and helpful. I sometimes have questions about my conditions and they offer direction and help me find a solution. I think these guys are great!”

“This is a family owned business and the customer service is FANTASTIC! Going into the store everything is clean and bright. The display choices on everything were amazing! Fernando helped us find a lift recliner that is perfect for us - there was a lot to choose from! Fernando was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient with all our questions. He was very helpful helping us find supplies that we had been looking for. Michael delivered our chair within 3 days, and again he was friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and easy to understand. We had to drive over 20 miles together to the store - but it was worth it!”
