“I bought a smart lift that fits inside our mini-van to pickup and move our my wife’s scooter into the van. The Amy and her husband were very helpful in showing me how the lift works and how it would be installed prior to the purchase. I stayed at the store to watch Mario the service tech install the lift. Mario was very helpful in explaining what he was doing and why, while it was being installed as well as showing me how it works. Everyone there was great to work with and I would recommend this place to everyone. FYI, the smart lift is very easy to operate. After helping my wife two times, to put the scooter into and out of the van, she can now do it herself.”

“The crew working at Parkview Pharmacy are great they do their best to get everybody checked in and out in a timely fashion. They strive to keep customer satisfaction up while keeping wait time down. The technicians are friendly and attentive, they have to manage many tasks that pull them every which way. The pharmacist in charge, Raana, is great too. She welcomes everybody with a warm smile as if family came in for a prescription. The pharmacist and technicians have many things and many patients to take care, it’s not always easy getting orders out. The patience of patients is greatly appreciated as the team tries their best to get you going on your way.”

Mike expeditiously called us back and scheduled pickup the following week. He was extremely helpful and professional and dispatched his driver out to our home as promised. His driver arrived on time as scheduled and he was very kind and professional as well. When I tried to wheel the oxygen tank out to his truck, he told me not to worry "just leave it there and I'll come up and get it." Very pleasant experience.”

“Juan provided excellent customer service and was very helpful. I have to give the facility a 4 due to his coworker at the front desk. Prior to working with Juan, there was a rude Hispanic lady at the front desk. This was my first time at the clinic and she was on the phone while I stood at the front and signed in, patiently waiting for her to get off the phone and feet from the counter. She gave me an unpleasant look several times and rudely told me to have a seat. A few minutes later, Juan called my name and I then proceeded to ask her the reasoning for her behavior towards me and she gave me the lame excuse of Covid. I had to check her attitude and bring it to her attention. How can you say COVID when you don't have a mask on but I did? She is a bad spirited individual who doesn't have proper or appropriate customer service skills whatsoever. But it's the world we live in. I hope Juan gets employee of the month not just because of his customer service but he took the initiative to not have me interact with this demon and is a Cowboys fan!”
