I had an absolutely amazing experience at Cricket thanks to two outstanding employees Edith and Leslie who went above and beyond to help me purchase the new iPhone 16 Pro.
From the moment I walked in both Edith and Leslie were incredibly welcoming, professional, and knowledgeable. They patiently answered all of my questions, explained my options clearly, and helped me throughout the whole process. They even made sure everything was set up before I left including transferring my data and making sure I was comfortable with all the new features.

I recently switched to Metro by T-Mobile and had trouble activating my physical SIM card online. I also contacted customer service by phone, but they were unable to resolve the issue.
When I went to the store, Mike—the manager/owner—was excellent. He took the time to diagnose the problem and ultimately fixed it. His professionalism and willingness to help made all the difference.

The whole point was that the phone was still not working when I did the changed. I walked in to the store with my mom and sister-in-law. We were greeted by Eric.
