“As a dog owner I didn't care so much about groomers because I'm so used to doing dog maintenance myself. But as I got myself a poodle i realized the upkeep I would end up having to do was a lot more tedious than I thought. My Poodle has a big fear of the outside world. especially people and dogs that aren't her own siblings or family members, so I was immediately weary on doing groomers. I came across the paw spa and the moment I talked to them over the phone I immediately knew I was in good hands. They communicated so well with me being a first time guest. I told them how my dog was high strung and would get seizures with stressful situations and they suggested I gave her a CBD to calm her nerves which I picked up the day before her appointment when I went into the salon, I felt so welcomed by the staff, it was almost as if I just wanted to hang out with them the afternoon. The next day I came to drop off my dog. The groomer herself came to talk to me about what I wanted for my dog I was not sure and uneducated how to even style her so I gave my opinion and from there she decided what I should do for her hairstyle based on mine and my dogs personality, I felt so confident I left it completely up to her. Amanda is amazing and my dog loves seeing her. I know she's just a dog but I don't have kids and she my baby so I really care for her well and enjoyable being.”

“I was waiting to receive a package that was essential to completing a business project over the weekend and had been waiting for two days. Friday rolls around (it said the package will be delivered by 8pm that day) and it's coming up to 6pm. So I decide to look at my phone and it's 5:59. They (ups) somehow snuck a message INTO MY PHONE that sad 'package was dropped off at location', and pretty much 6 pm full-blown panic set in. I immediately jumped in my car and called this company (all while not driving of course) a young lady by the name of Sarai T. picked up the phone and I asked if my package had been delivered, and of course...it had been, but was I too late? I told her I had just received the notification and would be there in 2 minutes so I was hoping that they weren't closed (time 6:05 pm). She said, "we're already closed, but come down with your I.D. and you can pick it up." I showed up, showed my I.D. at the door and she gave me my package. How awesome is that? Now that's service. I want MY company to be full of people with this same attitude. You are AWESOME! SCORE! An awesome human being! I understand (A LOT!) that people have lives outside of their job so the fact that Sarai T. was willing to stay behind for a mind-blowing 10 minutes!! was AMAZING! She could have just as easily told me "sorry we're closed, come by when we're open", and I would really have no other option than to say "ok", but she went above and beyond, and as far as I'm concerned she went WELL above and beyond her duty. To Postal Express, this employee is phenomenal. You better give her a promotion before another company snatches her up! These types of attitudes are getting rarer by the day! Sarai T. Thank you so much! You gave me much more than what was essential for me to complete my project this weekend. You gave me hope that there are people out there that still ROCK!!!
