“Had a great experience using the self-service dog wash! It was our first time trying something like this, but the staff walked us through every step and were super helpful. Our dog is a giant breed, but she fit comfortably in both the tub and on the drying tables. The setup included everything we needed—shampoo, conditioner, towels, and even ear muffs since our pup isn’t a fan of blow dryers. You can even request help with nail clipping for a small extra charge, which is a great added convenience. Thoughtful touches like that really stood out. We’ll definitely be back!”

“Paul and Maureen are great dog groomers. We’re client for the last 10 years. They took good care of our beloved Kogi while we traveled for vacation. They are very reliable and they love him as their own family. Kogi loves them. Thank you so much.”

“I was waiting to receive a package that was essential to completing a business project over the weekend and had been waiting for two days. Friday rolls around (it said the package will be delivered by 8pm that day) and it's coming up to 6pm. So I decide to look at my phone and it's 5:59. They (ups) somehow snuck a message INTO MY PHONE that sad 'package was dropped off at location', and pretty much 6 pm full-blown panic set in. I immediately jumped in my car and called this company (all while not driving of course) a young lady by the name of Sarai T. picked up the phone and I asked if my package had been delivered, and of course...it had been, but was I too late? I told her I had just received the notification and would be there in 2 minutes so I was hoping that they weren't closed (time 6:05 pm). She said, "we're already closed, but come down with your I.D. and you can pick it up." I showed up, showed my I.D. at the door and she gave me my package. How awesome is that? Now that's service. I want MY company to be full of people with this same attitude. You are AWESOME! SCORE! An awesome human being! I understand (A LOT!) that people have lives outside of their job so the fact that Sarai T. was willing to stay behind for a mind-blowing 10 minutes!! was AMAZING! She could have just as easily told me "sorry we're closed, come by when we're open", and I would really have no other option than to say "ok", but she went above and beyond, and as far as I'm concerned she went WELL above and beyond her duty. To Postal Express, this employee is phenomenal. You better give her a promotion before another company snatches her up! These types of attitudes are getting rarer by the day! Sarai T. Thank you so much! You gave me much more than what was essential for me to complete my project this weekend. You gave me hope that there are people out there that still ROCK!!! Warm Regards, Nicholas Kent Zeus Forge www.zeusforge.com”

“I took my dog for her shots at the Vetco clinic in Corona. The ppl working the clinic were very nice and respectable. Great at handling the dogs and helping the Dr. good teamwork. The dr was quiet as she was working but was very pleasant and she was very gentle with my girl. I’ll definitely go back next year. I have been using Vetco clinics for about 7 years now and it works out great and never had a bad experience. Thank you so much!”
