“I had a wonderful experience at this Petco thanks to a fantastic associate named Ashley! I came in looking for items for my Betta fish, Gus, and Ashley was an absolute gem. She was incredibly knowledgeable about Betta fish care and took her time walking me through the best options for his tank — never once making me feel rushed.
Gus is now the proud owner of a new floating log and new plants and he absolutely loves it! It's clear Ashley genuinely cares about the animals and the people who care for them. She went above and beyond to make sure I left with exactly what I needed.”

“Had a great experience using the self-service dog wash! It was our first time trying something like this, but the staff walked us through every step and were super helpful. Our dog is a giant breed, but she fit comfortably in both the tub and on the drying tables. The setup included everything we needed—shampoo, conditioner, towels, and even ear muffs since our pup isn’t a fan of blow dryers. You can even request help with nail clipping for a small extra charge, which is a great added convenience. Thoughtful touches like that really stood out. We’ll definitely be back!”
