“Firstly, I want to thank the owner for working with me to exchange treats(bagels) after calling the same day of purchase that I was not satisfied with them. They were way too hard for my smaller dog to enjoy. I am from out of town so was unable to visit the shop until yesterday after first going 3-4 weeks ago. She gladly offered an exchange to ensure I got the perfect treats for my pup. Will definitely shop here again as my 2 dogs enjoy the pup pastries I’ve purchased both times!”

“Our experience with Magnolia Bird Farm was fantastic! We checked out two big name pet stores before coming here and the other pet stores didn't have answers to our questions. When we went to the Bird Farm, there was no shortage of help and knowledgeable staff. Their pricing for the birds, food, cages, and toys were lower than the other places we visited. They taught our kids a few basic taming techniques, and they offer a complimentary check-up after 1 week. We're really glad to have such a great place nearby, and we were so glad we bought our little feathery friends from them!”

“Been coming here since they opened. My golden retriever Diplo loves the food and has great benefits to his health. Diana is awesome! My baby recently got diagnosed with Chronic kidney disease and blood work positive for Cancer. Our vet recommended him to stay off red meats and chicken, but turkey and salmon/omegas would be great for his kidneys. Diana was kind enough to exchange our frozen beef and chicken blend chubs to turkey and salmon Chubs due to his new kidney disease diet. She was very understanding and was kind to do this for us. Highly recommended. She knows whats best for our babies.”
“Happy, they got everything you need for your house and your ranch ., if you get to have cows, pigs ,ghosts ,chickens ,ducks, turtles, dogs ,you will find food for all those animals . or if you prefer to buy the animal ,you can doet too ,you will have to give them a visit , that way you see that I am not lying . thank you and have nice day”

“The owner Chad is such an awesome dude. Super knowledgeable when it comes to Reef keeping. They also have an amazing selection of SPS, chalice, Monti, and unique mushrooms and Zoas. I've been shopping at this location for over 10 years and have never been disappointed. He even goes as far to not sell you certain fish or items he does not see necessary or may have issues in the tank. A lot of stores out there are just trying to take your money.”
“Our crew loves the lamb. They have been on this food for several years now. Their coats are all shiny, and healthy. (Helped my allergy dog.)My only complaint is wishing they discounted auto ship and/or more locations for local pick up. We’re in coastal Mississippi and use the Pet food pros warehouse having it shipped to the house. ( shout out to Cristal A. for all her hard work) this is a Good, honest company providing safe ingredients. I recommend buying directly since I’ve seen some negative reviews. We’ve only bought from the warehouse and have had zero issues.”

“Petco did a terrific job with my dog Sharky. He very strongly objects to me trimming his nails, so I took him into Petco a couple of times and he hardly fussed at all. Both Imani and Ashley at the Riverside store worked on Sharky's nails and he was comfortable with each of them. I will definitely be back for Sharky's grooming needs. Petco is competitively priced, their staff is friendly, and the service was quick. Both times I was in and out of the store more quickly than expected.”
