“Wal-Mart Pharmacy and only the PHARMACY, the staff is friendly and helpful. The line to pick up prescription medication is sometimes long but for the most part, the wait is not that bad. The longest time waited in line has been about 10 minutes.”
“This shout out is to the bakery! My daughter wanted mermaid cupcakes for her celebration at school tomorrow but when we went online it was too short notice. So I went to Sam's anyways to see what I could find pre-made. My husband said, ask them if maybe they have some mermaid ones pre- made that someone didn't pick up, so I asked. I was greeted by 2 wonderful ladies Thai & Dawn who responded, we don't have any, and we don't usually do this but go shopping, come back in 10 minutes, and we'll have them ready for you! Dawn & Thai made my day and definitely my daughter's day once she gets home from school to see that she in fact got her mermaid cupcakes! “I would like to recognize an employee who went above and beyond for me today--Robinson (couldn't see the whole name tag, so I'm guessing).Today I went to pick up an order and mentioned how the app only offers one alternative when something isn't available. He asked me what I would have gotten instead. When, I told him he said: Let me pack your groceries in your car, then I'll check. He went back into the store and was unable to find what I wanted. BUT, he brought out another possible substitution. Wow! Talk about service and critical thinking!I so appreciate this employee going above and beyond! Hope he gets some kind of recognition.”
