“Kerry went above and beyond to help us, and we truly appreciated it! We were trying to find an item that could have been in one of two different locations in the store. Kerry kindly took the time to explain both options and gave us clear directions for each area. We chose one location to check first, but shortly after, Kerry actually came to find us in the store with the other option in her hand just in case we couldn’t find it. That level of attentiveness and care is rare. She didn’t just point us in a direction—she made sure we were taken care of. Her kindness, initiative, and excellent customer service really stood out. Thank you, Kerry, for going the extra mile!”

“Sam's gas is a self serving membership station. Their gas is high quality which gives you more miles per tank. Timing has much to do with how fast you can serve yourself(meaning being able to beat the rush). Their prices are usually cheaper than your average gas station, running about 5-10-25 cents less per gallon.”

“This shout out is to the bakery! My daughter wanted mermaid cupcakes for her celebration at school tomorrow but when we went online it was too short notice. So I went to Sam's anyways to see what I could find pre-made. My husband said, ask them if maybe they have some mermaid ones pre- made that someone didn't pick up, so I asked. I was greeted by 2 wonderful ladies Thai & Dawn who responded, we don't have any, and we don't usually do this but go shopping, come back in 10 minutes, and we'll have them ready for you! Dawn & Thai made my day and definitely my daughter's day once she gets home from school to see that she in fact got her mermaid cupcakes! Employee's like them who go above & beyond when they dont have to it what makes Sam's our go to! Thanks again ladies! God Bless you both!”

“I like Sam's, food and prices are great, but they need to do something about having more staff in the café and more food ready so the line moves faster. I was there to pick up two pizzas that I have ordered the day before, but I still waited 30 mts in line just to pay for them and pick them up.”

“Finally visited the infamously Costco location where the deathly tragic shooting took place in 2019, but aside from what happened, the warehouse were pretty stocked, I found a lot of food items that normally discontinued at my regular warehouses and only available at business centers, well I guess I struck gold here, while green seedless grapes I bought last week in SD was rising to $9.99, this item still stay at $6.89, I also found the shrimp wonton noodles soup for my Mom, also a lot of generic items which I never seen at other Costco before, so I am happy to shop here, it was convenient when I was in the area.”

“I love Sam's Club! I find I go here more often than their competitor and I think their prices are lower than their competitor. I love their varieties of products and they have all products in stock. Their scan and go options is also great for times where I just have to get going and the lines are long. I also use their pick up service and I absolutely love that! I place my order through the app, pick a date/time for pick up and when it's time, just go park in one of the spots, let them know I am here, and 5 minutes later they come out and bring me my items! So convenient! I don't love their return policy though. If you return food items, they give you a scolding and let you know they have to throw the items away...that's not my fault, that's your companies policy. I would love for you to recycle/donate/do something else other than throw the food items away. I wasn't expecting to be scolded for returning items two days after I purchased it. I don't get this speech when I return food items at their competitor. So at least I know for next time.”

“This is often the go-to location because it's close to the 99 Ranch Market and we can kill two birds plus lunch in a relatively efficient trip. Like all Costco locations this one isn't perfect but it has an Optical Department unlike many others. It's the usual layout inside except the Food Court is outside, old school style. Also typical is the stock by zip code and demographic model, so you won't see sides of lamb hanging in the frozen section. I've noticed that this model also affects the wine and liquor selections and this store bests other locations such as Eastvale and the old one in Tustin. Overall, it's still a chore that's best finished quickly but who can pass on the hotdogs?”

“My review is for Martin in the Tire & Battery center. His customer service skills are phenomenal. Had a minor set back, but Martin genuinely worked to correct someone else's oversight. Accidents and lack of communication happen and Martin saw it to the end to resolve it. I appreciate his effort and hope that he is rewarded for his great customer service and professionalism.”
