First time at this location. The staff super nice and professional. I was greeted and helped within a few minutes of entering the store. I found all I needed quickly and got out as soon as humanly possible. The main problem with this store is that they don't monitor the people in the store. There was a group of girls between the ages of 12-15 that were running through the store, touching all kinds make up, no parent or supervision to be found. They were loud and obnoxious. Running in and out of the store with a boys the same age running after them. It was weird and disruptive to actual paying customers. Hopefully Sephora will give their staff the ability to keep kids like this, that are not supervised out of their store. It's a place of business and service, not a high school quad or social venue.

Absolutely love coming to this store! I feel so welcomed every time I come in and the associates are always so friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this location - only instore sephora I go to now, well worth the drive time!

Drove 45 min to this location and was helped by Aleah she was dedicatedly on not giving up and finding the perfume that I needed for a gift thank you and Merry Christmas!!

Sephora is obviously a 5 out of 5 but the woman that work here, not even close. I've been here multiple times and have worked with everyone in the store and I've noticed only the men are nice. The woman are rude and act like they have something better to be doing aside from there actual job.

Made an appointment to get my makeup done for an event. Started late, but I was on a timeline so that just meant my appointment was cut short. Choose a foundation that was to dark. My makeup didn't match my inspo pic at all. As a matter of fact looked exactly like the person's make up that she did before me. I took my own lipstick and it was really uneven. She did a wing eyeliner, and it was so uneven and wonky. She did a great job on my eyebrows. But then didn't apply any foundation to my neck so it didn't match my face. She was really nice but I didn't see her clean the brushes in between people which is a little scary I definitely didn't feel like it was $60 worth of make up application She didn't let me know what product she was using so that I could possibly purchase them or learn and purchase in the future She started to put on latex gloves at the beginning of the appointment, but I have a severe latex allergy , so I thought that that was a huge safety issue. Everyone was nice, but I won't be back . I'll go to the MAC counter to get my make up done for now.

Where to start . In the whole store( everything ) was great and from greeting to helping and understanding what I needed to know for what I was looking for . The guy Victor was phenomenal. He knows his stuff and products and his style . He needs a raise and the other day Daysha i believe that was her name ( a african color girl ) help me too . She was great too . I will come back over Ulta anytime. Sephora has great costumer service . Mmuuaahh!!!!

The employees here are the NICEST. I haven't encountered anyone who wasn't helpful. The store is clean and usually have all the stocks and items I need. I want to shout out to Cody or Kodi? I don't know how to spell her name but she's so cool.
