“Ray J was amazing. Even if I gave the wrong location, took him much longer to get to me during late night hours, he was still so nice and did over above and beyond. He fixed my flat tire and was so nice made sure all my tire pressures were almost perfect to recommended. He treated me like I was one of his family that needed help. Ray is truly one of a kind and a gem to this company.”
“So of course on the busiest day I could’ve had as a HVAC (AC) tech. My tire blew on my work van, fortunately I got the pleasure to be assisted by auto aide towing and their worker bob, he was able to keep me posted at all times and let me know if something didn’t go as planned I definitely would recommend them to friends & family and of course anyone with a busy day ahead of them.
