“The PCAD center is fantastic. They have excellent work and my 10 year old car looks like new. The work is excellent and their system is thorough and complete. The paint detail is great and they used technique to make it a glass like finish. They took the time and care to remove all stray items in the car and made it look like it is new. Everything was handled behind the scenes through my insurance and CC and all I had to do was bring in and then pick up my car. This is the second time I've dealt with Caliber Collision, one was another location, and the service is consistent and great at both. I understand why AAA works with them. I appreciate the knowledgeable and friendly staff and was happy to know I was provided a completion date and my car was ready the date promised. This made it easy to work with my schedule. As an owner of a Prius, I was concerned about the time it would take to repair my car's bumper. However, the team at Caliber Collision exceeded my expectations by completing the job in just four days, much earlier than their initial estimate of ten days.
I was thrilled to receive a call from Christian, informing me that my car, affectionately known as the Black Dragon, would be ready by 4:00 pm that day. When I arrived to pick it up, I was blown away by the exceptional quality of their work. Not only had they replaced the bumper, but they had also detailed the entire car, leaving it looking as good as new.
I must give a special shoutout to Ashley in the office, who was an absolute gem throughout the entire process. She was calm, friendly, and professional, making the entire experience stress-free and enjoyable.

Started work very soon after receiving vehicle and completed work well under expected time estimated. After a ABYSMAL experience (X3 visits) with a national chain, working with a small local company who take pride in their work (as well as being truthful with their expected repairs and timeline) was a real pleasure. “I had a new vehicle that has a matte paint finish to it. I ended up with someone keying my car across the driver and passenger door. I knew it would require repainting both doors as well as blending into the front and back of the vehicle. I got a quote form another auto repair shop who wanted nearly 5k for the job. I took it to West Coast. They gave me a written quote which was much less. I booked an appointment that day for the following week. I dropped the car off on Monday and it was done on Friday. The car looks great. Matte paint is hard to do, and they did a great job. Yes, I would recommend them.”
