“A Customer Service Company that also does Excellent Automotive Repairs! Looking for an Auto Shop in the neighborhood and came across Dragonfly. I answered a few questions and then received a written Repair Estimate via text, this next is uber important, WHILE STILL ON THE PHONE! That's pretty amazing. For perspective I called another shop, that we shall not name, and the gentleman stated "Oh, to get that quote for that repair I would have to go get a catalog and then look it up" to which I replied "if you would mind that would be really nice, only of course have the time" =)- Needless to say never got a call back. They prefer the bring it in put it on the lift and then give you the option of paying whatever they ask or charging you a couple hundred to release your being held hostage 10 feet off the ground. Tom and Luis are great! Got the quote, made the appt online, brought it in, paid exactly to the penny what I was quoted and drove away happy. How often does that happen in the real world. Dragonflies are signs of good luck in many cultures, seems to be true!”
“The PCAD center is fantastic. They have excellent work and my 10 year old car looks like new. The work is excellent and their system is thorough and complete. The paint detail is great and they used technique to make it a glass like finish. They took the time and care to remove all stray items in the car and made it look like it is new. This business is the best detail shop in the local area.”

“Today was my second visit to San Diego Bumper & Collision Center after speaking with Howard over the phone. My first visit was several years ago and I was very happy with my bumper replacement.Today, I sent Howard pictures of my car with a side panel that had been bumped off the clips. He was hesitant to offer a quote over the phone, understandably so. I took the car in to the new location on University where he fixed it very quickly. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. I didn't think this was a major repair, and Howard's honesty and integrity made my day.Please note the new location is at 5255 University Ave. and a little difficult to find without new signage.”
“Took my car here to get my front bumper fixed. Luis took pictures on Friday and got me a quote early the next week. The work was done to perfection and the pricing was EXTREMELY competitive. They also detailed the exterior and gave the inside a good cleaning. “IMPECCABLE. HONEST. GREAT WORK! i got into an accident south of the border and had to lug my car back to SD for repair. I live in LA, so i had to call around various SD body shops for quotes and pray for the best. The damage was extensive and i was seriously considering junking the whole thing because the repair quotes i was getting were so high and not worth repairing the vehicle. Was not feeling great about it all ... until i called Mario. Mario saved my car!! He asked for photos of the vehicle, spelled out my options (including junking the car!) and gave me rough price quotes. I towed my car over and he confirmed his estimate, gave me a rough time frame for completion, and set my expectations in the likely event we'd find hidden damage. He was very accommodating with making payment over the phone and providing regular updates throughout the process. I just got got my car back and it looks BRAND NEW. Honestly never looked better, even when i bought it. I'll post photos soon of the excellent work they did. I would even consider driving down from LA next time my car needs work. Can't exalt their virtues and skills enough. 10000% recommended.”

“Place is amazing when it comes to bodywork. I was hit at an event and the owner of the car who hit me left and did not leave any insurance or contact info. After a while of doing nothing, I stopped by multiple places to try to get a feel as to what the price would be. I met Omar at AF Collision, who worked with me on the price and did everything he could to help since I was paying out of pocket. We decided that to keep cost down, I would uninstall and reinstall the bumper myself, when it came time for the repair. When I got the car he reinstalled the bumper for me with no extra charge. They're very friendly and their work, as you can see, is amazing. If I have any other damage to any future car I have for any reason, I will be coming back.”
