“I've owed this review to E&M for a long time, well here it is. Their work was excellent, prompt, and they gave me a very fair price. They replaced my rear Subaru bumper assembly and pulled out the dented side panel and painted the whole thing. The color match was better than I expected, and it has held up wonderfully in the Southern California sun. They even gave me a little bottle of the paint that I could use as touch0up on the car as needed. Enrique is professional, offers great service, and explained everything to me thoroughly. I hope I don't need their service again, but if I do, I will definitely go to them.”

“I had a great experience with collision Fix after bringing my Tesla Model S in following an accident. There ended up being more damage than what was initially visible, including damage behind the front bumper and a suspension issue. They took the time to thoroughly inspect the car, kept me updated with pictures and videos, and explained what they found along the way instead of just replacing the obvious parts.
I really appreciated that they worked with me on the repairs and focused on getting the car back together correctly and safely. Seeing the before-and-after difference was incredible. They replaced and repaired everything that needed attention, got the front end looking great again, and made sure the alignment and mechanical work were checked before returning the car.
The communication and transparency throughout the process meant a lot, especially during a stressful situation. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a body shop, especially if you have a Tesla.”

“I want to give a shout out to Trevor Davidson of Caliber Collision. My car was backed into while I was at a restaurant, leaving a substantial dent and the other car’s paint on the bumper. I was expecting the need for a couple of estimates and the need for a rental car. The following morning, I went to Caliber Collision and Trevor inspected the damage. To my astonishment, the dent had disappeared and Trevor was able to remove any sign of damage. In this day of poor service, I can’t compliment this company enough and Trevor provided this service at no cost.”

“Blown away by the amazing experience this location provided. Luis was my service advisor. I can honestly say I haven’t had customer service to this level in over a decade. He made sure my vehicle was completed quickly (finished early actually) and most importantly that it was completed to perfection. I have a black ram 2500 and these guys hand wash your vehicle before they return it. Not run it through a cheap car wash that swirls out the black paint. “Had my bumper replaced by them about 4 months ago. The turnover was quick, only a couple of days. They also have a lifetime warranty on what they fixed as long as you own the car, which is nice. I've brought my car because because of scrapes or scratches on my bumper and they fixed it right away. They are extrmely attentive and will help you in any way they can. Also the price was reasonable for the service they did including the parts. I was am very happy with the customer service and the work they did. Can't recommend this place enough to those needing their car fixed!”
