“A Customer Service Company that also does Excellent Automotive Repairs! Looking for an Auto Shop in the neighborhood and came across Dragonfly. I answered a few questions and then received a written Repair Estimate via text, this next is uber important, WHILE STILL ON THE PHONE! That's pretty amazing. For perspective I called another shop, that we shall not name, and the gentleman stated "Oh, to get that quote for that repair I would have to go get a catalog and then look it up" to which I replied "if you would mind that would be really nice, only of course have the time" =)- Needless to say never got a call back. They prefer the bring it in put it on the lift and then give you the option of paying whatever they ask or charging you a couple hundred to release your being held hostage 10 feet off the ground. Tom and Luis are great! Got the quote, made the appt online, brought it in, paid exactly to the penny what I was quoted and drove away happy. How often does that happen in the real world. Dragonflies are signs of good luck in many cultures, seems to be true!”

I feel truly grateful to have been told about Ken, the owner, back some time in the '90s when I lived in PB. I now live in Carlsbad and drive the 40+ minutes happily-even for something small. I would not go anywhere else. One time my son and his family were visiting in Carlsbad from Riverside. Their Subaru had a problem. We took the car down to Miramar H&A. It was a Saturday. Ken took a look at the car for a long time-at least an hour. He found the problem and told my son that he could drive the car back to Riverside for the repair. He did not charge him! This kind of service is rare in today's world. I have mixed feelings writing this review, like Marisa W. not to make it impossible for me to get an appointment.”

After a ABYSMAL experience (X3 visits) with a national chain, working with a small local company who take pride in their work (as well as being truthful with their expected repairs and timeline) was a real pleasure. Please note that actual address is right around the corner on Knoxville, at Morena Blvd. They also have a good working relationship with Enterprise Rentals in Pacific Beach. Insist on your insurance having the PB location secure your reservation-if you require a rental.”

“Place is amazing when it comes to bodywork. I was hit at an event and the owner of the car who hit me left and did not leave any insurance or contact info. After a while of doing nothing, I stopped by multiple places to try to get a feel as to what the price would be. I met Omar at AF Collision, who worked with me on the price and did everything he could to help since I was paying out of pocket. We decided that to keep cost down, I would uninstall and reinstall the bumper myself, when it came time for the repair. When I got the car he reinstalled the bumper for me with no extra charge. They're very friendly and their work, as you can see, is amazing. If I have any other damage to any future car I have for any reason, I will be coming back.”

“About 2 months ago I go into a little fender bender with my baby in the car. Someone backup into me and hit the door my son was sitting next to. To say I was livid is an understatement. “I had a new vehicle that has a matte paint finish to it. I ended up with someone keying my car across the driver and passenger door. I knew it would require repainting both doors as well as blending into the front and back of the vehicle. I got a quote form another auto repair shop who wanted nearly 5k for the job. I took it to West Coast. They gave me a written quote which was much less. I booked an appointment that day for the following week. I dropped the car off on Monday and it was done on Friday. The car looks great. Matte paint is hard to do, and they did a great job. Yes, I would recommend them.”
