One employee helped me quickly, which I appreciate. But for such simple services at the windows, the wait is extremely long. There are 4–5 windows, yet only one person is working. This creates unnecessary delays and makes the service very inefficient.

I’ve always had excellent customer service and dealt with very friendly staff at this branch, only a few blocks from my house.
It’s always clean, has an attractive and updated interior & entryway, and is overall a pleasant bank.
