My response to the lobby conditions, quite frankly, were uncomfortable.The transaction had to be vetted through the proper channels. I had to wait 10-15 minutes and the current Covid restrictions made the wait one without a place to work a) in private or b) one where accommodation for seating was offered.”

“Went to the greenbrae location 4 times over the course of the and got the run around, treated poorly to the point of tears (I have a scheduled call with HQ to discuss the particular branch manager). Anyhow, I came to Corte madera and was in/out in 3 minutes! They were all friendly and well-informed. I was literally going to change banks after 25 years but now realize it was simply the inadequacies and cruel demeanor of one individual - not the entire corporation. I want to call out Jaime planes who was kind and professional. He witnessed my signature (HH bond related) and stamped the document I needed. Easy and I called the treasury before - 100 percent in compliance. Jaime will go far in life.”
