“First time in this branch. A few steps in, and while I’m scanning all the teller stations in front, and even before reaching ‘wait here’ sign, a young lady on the left addressed me saying ‘good morning, I can help you here’. So I headed to her desk. She was counting some cash which she put away on the side. I was only making a straight deposit.she ran the checks through her machine, counted the cash and handed me my printed receipt. She then took care of another of my transactions and I was done. She gave me a couple of pointers for future plan. Her name is Krystal. She was on point, pleasant, professional and very helpful”

My response to the lobby conditions, quite frankly, were uncomfortable.The transaction had to be vetted through the proper channels. I had to wait 10-15 minutes and the current Covid restrictions made the wait one without a place to work a) in private or b) one where accommodation for seating was offered.”
