“First time in this branch. A few steps in, and while I’m scanning all the teller stations in front, and even before reaching ‘wait here’ sign, a young lady on the left addressed me saying ‘good morning, I can help you here’. So I headed to her desk. She was counting some cash which she put away on the side. I was only making a straight deposit.she ran the checks through her machine, counted the cash and handed me my printed receipt. She then took care of another of my transactions and I was done. She gave me a couple of pointers for future plan. Her name is Krystal. She was on point, pleasant, professional and very helpful”

“I want to thank the branch for the handling of a cash transaction disbursed to me as a non-B of A member. My response to the lobby conditions, quite frankly, were uncomfortable.The transaction had to be vetted through the proper channels. I had to wait 10-15 minutes and the current Covid restrictions made the wait one without a place to work a) in private or b) one where accommodation for seating was offered.”
